Little Acres Apartment (near Belvoir Castle)

Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1 and close to the A52. The Apartment is located on the first floor of our home, above the garages, ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.

Lovely cottage in outstanding rural location.

Self contained accommodation with private entrance in a beautiful rural setting. Sitting room with log burner and kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms with shared bath / shower room. We allow up to 2 dogs. We also offer a fully enclosed half acre paddock for exercising them. There are no streetlights nearby so it is a perfect location for stargazing. Very friendly local village pub is 5 mins walk away. Local for Stamford, Belvoir Castle, and Burghley House.

The Stable

Lovely, converted stable block in a very quiet village near to Grantham and just 25 mins from Stamford. Local pub doing good food. The Stable is a completely self-contained annexe accommodation , with fully fitted kitchen, 4 poster bed and small lounge area. Own front door and off road parking outside. The Stable is for 2 people but there is a small sofa bed in the lounge. Note that small surcharge is payable, if sofa bed is required for a 2 person booking (for example for a child)

Granary Digby, Luxury rural cottage nr Lincoln

Situated on the very edge of the rural village of Digby, the Granary forms one side of the original yard and stables.

Enjoy the local towns and their enthralling history, from the Romans through the Vikings and the civil war to WW2 bomber history. Being 1.5 miles from the A1 makes it an easy area to find and enjoy.

The Stable, Dry Doddington

Self contained annexe in a rural setting between Dry Doddington and Stubton. Nearest town is Newark with good access to A1, A17 and A46. Fresh milk, bread and butter plus a selection of cereals for diy breakfast. Tea and coffee also in cupboards. No bus service as very rural with great walks. Only microwave as no hob/cooker. Huge grass garden with picnic bench. WiFi is patchy as Satellite based from main house.
