stay was great host was amazing. few minor issues fridge issues and the shower backed up. although over all the location was great. price wouldn't have been and issue till some maintenance issues. Over all i would be a returning customer. communication is key and she was great with communication.

This house is amazing! Perfect size for 12 guests. They have everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms, Erin was so nice and helpful, Matt did a great job helping us load and unload the boat, and with taking us back and forth to the “mainland”. Be sure to rent the boat and the golf cart while you’re there, we had so much fun! I think we took advantage of everything they had in and around the house…horse shoes, cornhole, kayaks, outdoor kitchen and shower. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was as described in the pictures. Beautiful view of the water. Very comfortable. Luis was accommodating setting up a space heater (as there ended up being some chilly days in FL). Parking was easy. Great place for the couple of weeks I was there.
