Newly renovated cottage close to beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location close to Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered terrace with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with a dining group, lounge group, sun loungers and a hot tub (hot tub) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 sleeping places (sofa bed). There is a crib as well as a high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included as well as final cleaning.

The cottage is located on a shared plot, which is 5000 m2, so the patio you have behind the cottage is free of view. Everything is in the cabin except sheets and private towels. Kitchen towels are available. Only running cold water. Water hose in the back! To the hot water shower + WC you can walk about 75m. The bathroom is shared with others, maximum 5 persons. The entrance is direct. Note: LOWERED PRICE WITH 100 SEK PER DAY AND then CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED.

Here you live in a totally calm countryside among Öland stone walls and bike distance to Sweden's finest stretches of coastline. It is 1 km down to the sea. Byxelkrok is 4km away there is the harbor, restaurants and stalls open June-September. From the harbor you can go to the blue virgin by boat / day trip worth a visit. On the East side you have the fine beaches of the finishing touches and on the Västra side you are close to Byrum where you can see the raukarna mensalvaret and another beautiful beach Byrum Sandvik. In the yard, it was way back a crane guest house. There, the king and his companions could eat, rest, and switch to rested horses on their journey through the land. This is a long time ago. We have run the farm as a dairy farm but also it is history. As we become retired, we have devoted this house a little extra love and care. It has been renovated and become 2 apartments. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.

Summer in the Bay of Böda

Bernt was an amazing host and his apartment was newly renovated and very fresh. Very close to the beach and Bödagården that we visited often. Cozy sheep pasture across the road that we appreciated. The only drawbacks were probably the very run down apartment area as well as how responsive it was, especially when a toddler family lived above us. The road outside easily very much as it is high traffic during the summer. Made it not so cozy to sit outside and eat on the nice terrace, unfortunately. But the apartment itself was great and well stocked with EVERYTHING and then some that you could need on your vacation! Thank you so very very much, Bernt!

Very nice accommodation in Böda. Fantastic patio with barbecue, hot tub and several places to hang out. Walking distance to the water. Close to most things but still private. Monica was also a nice host who was helpful and responded quickly to any questions 👏☺️ well worth a visit!

We stayed at Ingrid's guesthouse for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The hut is located just a few meters away from the main house on the property, which is inhabited by Ingrid herself. She is a very friendly and respectful host and made us feel welcome right away. There is a beautiful garden with fruit-trees and the beach can be reached by foot. The toilet and the shower are in a different building, just next to the hut and were very clean. In addition, there is a brilliant outdoor-shower, which we enjoyed very much. It is easy to see that Ingrid puts a lot of thought and effort into the accomendation. Even though the space is limited, it offers everything you need and is very cozy. We can recommend to stay with Ingrid without restriction. Thank you!

We had great days at the house that Camilla rented out. The house corresponds to the description and more. It has a great location with the beach just below and walking distance to grocery store. It is quiet and peaceful with a large plot of land on which my children played hide and seek. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach and being able to sit at sunset and gaze out to sea. Camilla is a great host and everything went very smoothly, from booking to checking in and checking out. We are very satisfied and would love to come back! Thank you Camilla for renting out this gem!

Nice accommodation, quiet location with proximity to the sea

The accommodation was very spacious for us as a family with two children (3 and 5 years) and equipped with everything we needed. In particular, the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. We would only have liked a separate bedroom and a slightly more effective way to darken the sleeping area. For larger groups, the accommodation is certainly perfect, but we were also very satisfied as a small family group. In particular, the trampoline in the garden was very much enjoyed by the children =) Åsa and Ewa gave us very friendly, quick and informative information on all our questions the entire time. Ewa was a very likeable and friendly hostess. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can recommend the accommodation almost without restriction.
