This home is THE place when you need a true vacation! First, the directions were very clear and the check-in was seamless. Second, the landscaping is so lush and vibrant. You feel like you are stepping away from the world. Third, inside is fantastic! From comfy beds, beautiful artwork, plentiful towels and linens, to absolutely everything you could ever need, the home was perfect! But most of all, the view! Can you beat watching a bald eagle fish right in front of you, with Mt. Rainier in the background? Amazing! I would rent here again without any hesitation. Thank you for helping to make our vacation just perfect!

As soon as we walked in this cabin we felt comfortable and at home. The grounds are beautiful and being right on the lake was fun; just a walk across the back yard to the dock and water. There was a canoe and some other water toys the grandkids took advantage of right after our arrival. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the amenities we needed. Everything is in cupboards or drawers - even the dishwasher. We decided the spot could be called both beautiful and quaint - to us a perfect mix. I would happily rent the place again.

Katherine’s place was amazing. Super beautiful view! The sauna was such a great amenity to have. The lake was tons of fun with the provided kayaks! I highly recommend this place.

House was absolutely gorgeous and loved the view. As soon as you walk in the house you can see the view of the lake and it’s stunning! The house was beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. The hot tub was amazing. Took a lovely bubble bath in the bathroom tub and would highly recommend doing that. Kitchen was so nice, wish I had a kitchen like that at home! My toddler loved the toys they had at the house and she loved the fireplace too! Would highly recommend this house!!

5 stars isn’t enough! This lake home was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true retreat—peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing girls trip. The house is incredibly well-kept, cozy yet spacious, and the lake views? Unreal. Morning coffee on the deck was pure magic. Joan, the host, was a dream to work with—warm, responsive, and so accommodating. She made everything easy and stress-free, which made our trip even more enjoyable. This trip gave us everything we needed—rest, laughter, connection, and comfort. We’re already planning to come back and bring our families next time so they can experience the joy of this special place too. Truly a gem!

I have done a number of house rentals with my extended family and this was the best experience to date. We were traveling to celebrate my father's passing, therefore it was an emotional & stressful time. Every accommodation the host made was so meaningful to us because of the circumstances. Isabella is a great communicator. We had some asks before arrival and she was accommodating. During our stay, we asked about getting to the nearby trails, and she responded quickly with a little map! The end of our stay was emotionally heavier than anticipated & we needed more time to gather with family to spread dad's ashes, and quickly pack up our cohort. I can't promise this will always be the case, but when we asked on the evening before our check-out day to extend our stay, it was not a problem! Of course this is not a free thing and it really depends on their bookings. It's a peaceful spot. On the end of the street, in a quiet friendly neighborhood. I can definitely see staying there again!

We stayed in this place for 52 days. It worked very well for our family of 4 and a small dog. It had plenty of beds, the sheets and towels were very nice quality. The place was roomy and we were comfortable. We missed having a TV in the upstairs because the dog was not allowed in the downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, silverware, utensils, etc. There was a gas grill that was nice and an extra propane tank for use when we ran out. It was a quick switch and we appreciated this. It was cold for the area when we were there and the heated kitchen floors and bathroom floors were amazing. There was plenty of parking for our 2 vehicles and a trailer. From the description it was unclear if we could use the garage which we could not. There were several doors to the outside with ample deck and patio area. We needed to extend our state a week and they were flexible for us which was helpful.

Steven was a wonderful host! The place was very clean and organized and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was another great amenity! Steven was so quick to respond and help us out with anything we needed!

I stayed at this house for a longer duration while relocating to the area and it was phenomenal! The views are beautiful and the walking trail around the estuary (immediately behind the house) is lovely and peaceful, and connects to a small park. Great safe yard for pets. The house was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. I needed to do some work from home and this house is great for that with spare monitors and workspaces, and wifi worked well. Tessa was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my longer stay, a great host. Checkout was simple with no excessive tasks to complete. One of the best Airbnb stays I've had, and would very gladly stay again!

Beautiful and well equipped home. Loved seeing the seals and eagles and changing tides from almost every room. Kitchen is a dream, king bed very comfy. Would absolutely stay again, thank you for sharing it.

I absolutely loved the place. We weren't blessed with great weather for our winter stay but it was cozy and wonderful anyway. when the sky did finally clear up for us the view was absolutely beautiful. I loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

We just spent six nights at the lake and had an absolutely lovely time. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The place had everything we needed—including a washer and dryer, which was a huge plus. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful throughout. And the lake? Absolutely stunning. Amazing!!!! One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed! My 8 friends and I fit comfortably and the kitchen was very well stocked. Everything was so clean and well done. The front door with the code was a bit hard to open at first but I highly recommend downloading all instructions before you go there since there isn’t cell service! (There’s WiFi inside.) this was a plus for us! The lake is GORGEOUS too and there are tons of water toys!

We spent our christmas holiday for 10 days at Sam's property with my two grandkids and my daughter and her husband. It was absolutely magical. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and cold plunged! The kids loved the house and literally cried when we had to leave. The backyard is perfect for kids. We really gave the fireplace a workout. It is a really beautiful wood burning (can't find that too often) fireplace that added to the coziness of the home. The layout of the home is perfect for families. It has a great room that allows you to see everything going on which is very relaxing when travelling with a 3 and 4 year old. The kitchen has spacious countertops and top end appliances. The home has 3 - yes 3 - bathrooms that are all full bathrooms with showers or tub. The view from the house is outstanding. I will miss waking up to that view with my coffee. The Drift Wood Inn was exactly what we were hoping for! It was a great gathering space with fantastic amenities, was super clean, with a beautiful view of the water. We spent a lot of time on the Adirondacks taking in the view and wildlife in the area and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. Kara was super responsive and clear, and the location was close to the ferry terminal. This was my first time on Whidbey Island, and I will definitely be coming back! Our bachelorette party had an amazing time! Even though the weather didn’t cooperate we hung out in the hot tub and snuggled up on the couches in the living room to binge the latest Netflix hit. Kitchen is gorgeous and very well appointed. Upstairs master was a dream for our bride! Marcel was an amazing host and so responsive to every question we had and went over the top to make sure we had a good time. We also loved the family of ducks hanging out on the beach. A special weekend! Will be back!

By far the best short term rental we have ever had! If you value the old school rental experience, this is the perfect place for you. The cottage is in beautiful, clean and in updated condition. The hosts are warm and welcoming - friendly and not intrusive at all. They reached out prior and had the cutest welcome basket with snacks and champagne. I can’t say enough about the space and surrounding areas! We had a blast using the kayaks and paddle board, and the hosts even dropped off some pool floats to use in the lake as well. Kitchen was stocked well, beds were comfortable and moderately firm. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of. We will be back!

Beautiful and relaxing with lots to do for a family with kids ages 4-14. They loved the chickens on property, kayaking and paddle boarding, making delicious chocolate chip Mickey waffles, fishing, sitting and playing in the hot tub and on property. Well stocked home for all cooking needs. Jason was extraordinarily friendly, interesting to talk to, and helpful. He offered us some fresh honey from the bee hive on property, eggs from the chickens, a ride on the boat, and even picked up the kids when they got stuck in a pickle across the lake. Kids and adults rated it 10/10!
