Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Grand Lake

This place was exactly what the description said and more. Far enough from town but close enough to amenities if needed. There was plenty of wildlife to be seen. Eric is a great host. even checked to make sure we found the place and got in okay. Looking forward to booking the place for next year. Thank you Eric for the great place to stay while visiting my granddaughter.

Myself and my wife from Dublin, Ireland along with our adult daughter living in Melbourne , Australia spent 3 nights in Rob's cottage beside a lake in Lakeville Corner, New Brunswick, Canada. The cottage and surrounding area were exactly as described by Rob in his listing and for us it was the perfect location as we availed of the 2 kayaks provided via the property frontage straight onto the water. We also availed of the 2 bikes which we used along with a further bike hired in Fredericton( an easy 30 min drive away from Rob's cottage)on that town's network of off-road cycletracks alongside and near the St John's River. We also took a car ride to Fundy National Park visiting Alma and several stop off points for hikes etc. Rob's communication was excellent in all respects. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend Rob's cottage in all respects including in terms of location, cleanliness and facilties provided.

This place was great and the scenery was beautiful. The hot tub was easy to use and the fire pit was well stocked. Did not get to take advantage of the lake but it was really peaceful and beautiful to wake up to in the morning. Would stay here again.

the home was exactly as described. super clean and everything you will need, the bed was so comfy, we had wonderful relaxing quiet family time together, our puppers just ran and ran around the gradens, so much space!, also little touches like the dog bowl stand was appreciated. it is a few miles from shops etc but there was a great little Irving not far away with an amazing little shop there selling most things. would definitely rebook if going to that area again. we all loved it.

Was a great time. Perfect place to reconnect with family. Very private and quiet. The kayaks and paddle boards were an awesome addition. Marley was very quick to respond and react in anyway. Will hopefully return again.

The house was as described and immaculate when we got there. We were looking for a nice quiet place to relax and rest, and this Airbnb hit the mark. We will go back again if we ever need a place to stay in the area.

Hands down the best AirBnb experience we've had! The place met every expectation we needed for a long-term stay, and Judy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. Timely responses to questions, proactively messaging us with important information about her place and the local area, and treating us like family are just a few of the reasons we hope to return soon. We won't stay anywhere else in the Sussex area so long as the Beehive is available. Thanks, Judy, we had a wonderful time and looking forward to seeing the Beehive again!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is right on the main road but as soon as the sun went down the road was quiet. Sitting on the patio was nice both morning and evening. We loved watching the tide change and being able to cross the street to walk on the ocean floor. We spent most of our time hiking at Fundy Trails Parkway. There were restaurants and ice cream right there in Orange Hill or a few minutes away at St Martins. We found a nice selection of groceries at a market in St Martens and cooked most of the time. The apartment had great pots & pans along with good knives. Very relaxing.

In Fredericton for my son’s graduation! Loved the location, the walking trails were amazing for my dogs. I only regret not having my bike. The place was well equip to cook and incredibly comfortable! The location is quiet despite how close it is to Union St. I would absolutely recommend this place !

Anna and Andrew’s place was an amazing stay. We came up from Cape Breton to do some ice fishing, we were nervous about travelling at first, but the stay definitely helped us relax. Andrew was quick to help with locations and even provided us with gear to help us get into some fish. Lots of great fishing, the hosts were more than accommodating and responsive, overall a good trip. If you’re looking for a getaway where you can feel comfortable, this is the place for you! 🙂

If somebody is looking for the Paradise, this is the place. Quiet, free of noise, nights without light contamination. The most important near to Sussex, close to the Fundy Trail. For sport lovers this is the perfect place to go for a bike ride, or run. If you prefer swimming just drive 25 minutes and you will be at Cassidy Lake. Marit's are a lovely & kind people. Feel like home. If you love the nature dont hesitate to be at Marit's place. THX for this peacefull place!

We had a wonderful two nights at Michael’s Airbnb. The apartment was perfect for us and our two small children. They loved the hot tub and the play area under the stairs. Beds were very comfortable. Was easy to come and go. We will definitely return next time we are in the area!

Clean, comfortable, and well maintained space as a base to begin our day and relax at night. Wonderful sauna, well stocked kitchen, and the Super Nintendo system was a throwback to the good ole days! If we find ourselves traveling through New Brunswick again, this is definitely where we will stay!

Absolutely lovely place!! I will say that the Google maps location was a bit off (about a kilometer further down creek road than the place actually is)--follow the instructions from Lesa and Steve and you'll be all set!

We absolutely loved our stay and we wouldn’t have changed a thing. This place is a true gem in Mactaquac and a must-stay if you’re in the area. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the hot tub was a m treat, and the cabin itself had every comfort we could’ve asked for. From the cozy bed and spotless kitchen to the thoughtful touches like firewood, air conditioning, and a peaceful, well-designed space — it truly felt like home. We were tempted to cancel the rest of our trip and stay put! It’s clear the team has thought of every detail. The price is more than fair for the quality and experience. We’ll remember this stay for a lifetime and can’t recommend it enough!

Lovely remote cabin with a great view, high quality interior with a lot of attention to detail that leaves nothing to be desired. We also appreciated the small things like local coffee which is left for sampling. Communication was also very easy and quickly

Beautiful get away. The air bnb is in a peaceful spot and the air bnb was beautifully decorated!

It was exactly what I needed on short notice. connected with her at 1pm on day of booking and Anne accommodated me and my 2 dogs. even had a bowl of fresh water and 2 dog bowls ready for them when we walked in. The view of the lake from the large picture windows was spectacular and serene. If I didn't have my own SUP, Anne was willing to provide me a kayak and also offered fresh eggs from her own chickens but I already had eggs. I would have stayed longer, but had plans I couldn't change. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. Plenty of puzzles and board games to choose from. I am already planning my next getaway for July and Aug. Next time I won't bring eggs ;).
