Beach condo vacation rentals in Grand Cayman

Probably the best AirBNB I have ever stayed at. Clean, very new unit and furnishings, beach chairs and umbrella.. The hosts were extremely responsive, providing pickup and drop-off services to and from the airport and various locations around the island. Great recommendations on restaurants and activities. The location is excellent, right across from the beach. Very quiet area, yet the complex also has a few great places to eat, a bakery, and supermarket/liquor store. Highly recommend.

Stayed as a group of four friends and everyone had a wonderful time. Quiet and peaceful and plenty to do with walkable restaurants. Felt safe and had fun. Nice beach with easy snorkeling. Saw many cool fish. Amenities were as described and super enjoyable.

It’s a very quiet location with a beautiful view from every room. The beach is beautiful but it’s not great for swimming. The seven mile beach that is magical is only about ten minutes drive. The furniture is a bit dated but it’s very clean and comfortable. We stayed with a friend couple and liked the separation between rooms. It would’ve been cool to have kayaks or paddle boards for rent, we didn’t know where to put the trash so that would’ve been nice to get some info on in the beginning.

Our family of 5 adults had an amazing experience at Heidi’s condo. The condo is incredibly clean, well maintained, and inviting. The location and views are magical with breathtaking sunsets…and even a rainbow over the cove one morning! The beach is clean and uncrowded, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The cove is perfect for newbie snorkelers to explore- filled with beautiful fish and sea animals. The pool and swim up bar is a lot of fun. We had a slight snafu with the Wi-Fi, but Heidi was super quick to respond, sent someone onsite to troubleshoot, and we had internet access in no time. If I could give Heidi, this condo, and location more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

First trip to Grand Cayman and what a great spot to stay. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. There were five of us and the condo was very comfortable. Pool and beach right there within a minute from the door. The beach with the cove was great and you could venture out past the cove easily. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tables all set up for our use. The condo was close to restaurants, grocery stores and all sorts of excursions. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here at Xiran’s condo. She was super helpful with any inquires we had and very prompt in her responses. If we ever head back to Grand Cayman we will definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

Reno and Agata were super supportive of our requests. Great location and very comfortable. The AC was refreshing after a day in the heat. They had all amenities to make a stay comfortable. The beach is steps from the place along with shopping stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you.

The condo at Sunset Cove was just perfect for our family of 3! Our 8 year old loved swimming in the pool and the ocean. There were lots of kids to play with and everyone was so friendly! I would recommend bringing a float with you to use in the pool. Having the swim up bar/restaurant was so great. The food was delicious for bar food. It is walkable enough especially for the price. Super clean, quiet, beds are comfortable. We will be back!!

We loved the condo, the location, the decorations, and the landscaping of the complex. The condo had everything and more for what we needed. It had every possible amenity, utensils, soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, internet...the list goes on and on. The location was extremely convenient to the beach, food, and other places nearby. We would absolutely consider staying here again next time.

We stayed at Sean's place for a nearby wedding down the street. The moment you walk into the condo you can see that they really care about their guests. It was EXTREMELY clean and relaxing with music playing in the background. The water pressure was excellent which is random but important! The condo is situated right over the pool with a great view of the ocean. We loved cooking breakfast in the morning then sitting by the pool, dock or beach. It is very relaxing and super quiet. If you are looking for more action I recommend staying near 7 mile beach but if you want to unplug def stay here. Rum point beach is about a mile a way and next door is Kaibo restaraunt and bar that has very good food n drinks along with Starfish point that has a pontoon food truck! We def are thinking of coming back already!

This place is great! It is in a quiet area next to the golf course and marina. A quick drive to Seven Mile Beach and Georgetown. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was nice and good on-site restaurant. Host was very responsive but thankfully we didn’t need to reach out during our stay because everything was perfect! I’d definitely stay again.

It’s exactly as pictured! Quaint, small and private facility located right on the ocean with a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. It’s serene and somewhere I’d stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for 7days and we really enjoyed. Very quite place, nice people and great view. The room was very clean and has everything what we needed. This place is isolated from Cayman's known places (SMB, Georgetown) so please consider renting a car if you are an early bird. Their shuttle service runs from 10 am to 6pm when we stayed here (May 2022). If you are a golfer, this placed is the perfect place to stay :).

Very Beautiful and clean, felt like home, checking process was very easy. great communication from beginning to end. also having that rental car was great, give us more freedom to move around. ease of picking up the car at the airport and short drive to where we was stay and drop off at the airport when we was leaving. the pool, the view of the ocean especially in the morning was amazing for me.

Nice place Craig was very helpful and always answered my questions also gave us some good advice loved the view it was a plus we had parking.

House was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Truly steps from the beach. Felt save and comfortable. Beach is well kept. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to cook. The overall cleanliness and surroundings was more than expected. Felt safe arriving late night or leaving early morning.

Craig's place was outstanding! Check in was flawless, and both condos were incredibly spacious, clean, well stocked with everything you need. The master bedroom is huge! The location was easy to find and private, yet only one minute to an outstanding grocery store. The view overlooking the water really helped us relax for the week. I would rent from him again anytime. Highly recommend this place!

SeaDreams #5 Condo was amazing. We were looking for a peaceful relaxing place to rest and reset and this was the ideal place to do so. With the beaches, snorkeling, swimming, grocery store nearby we had everything we needed to just hunker down in this beautiful setting. The condo itself was well equipped, so tasteful and we could not get enough of the large windows and spacious balcony. We spent so much of our time sitting, reading, eating, and gazing from the balcony. The king bed was very comfortable and the bedding was quality. On calmer days, snorkeling right off the property was a highlight as well as Cemetary Beach - a must go to! It was easy working with Grand Cayman Villas and Condos. We hope to return to this place someday! A special thank you to the owners of the condo for making this available.

This place was just as described and a lovely private spot. The host provided thorough details and recommendations. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and would suggest to get a rental from airport.

Our stay at Regal Beach Club was fantastic! David was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. The property truly had everything we needed: the beach was beautiful, clean, and easy to access; the pool area was inviting and well-maintained; and the outdoor grill made for relaxing evenings cooking dinner. We especially appreciated how everything in the unit was neatly labeled, making it incredibly easy to find exactly what we needed. Plus, the provided beach toys, snorkels, and other amenities really enhanced our beach experience. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay and highly recommend David’s place. Sunset Cove is truly a gem in Grand Cayman. Right on Seven Mile Beach, it has its own pool with waterfall and swim up bar and a beach with a cove that is protected from the waves and currents. Every day we woke to beautiful blue skies, turquoise waters, palm trees and the chickens! Some were annoyed I could tell but we loved this little touch on the island! There are restaurants that are walkable from this location, as well as a liquor store and a grocery store a few minutes away by car (note - they aren't open on Sundays!). Lots of families stayed in these condos which gave it a very fun atmosphere and gave our kids other kids to play with. This unit was gorgeous with its renovations, and suited the needs for our family of four. We rented a car as we wanted to explore the island, and the parking at the unit was close and easy. I went diving and there was a scuba shop that picked me up from the condo. Everything was super convenient!! I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting!!

I have been so excited to write this review🤍Our Cayman trip would not have been as amazing as it was had we not stayed here and worked with this Host. First of all the restaurant below was AMAZING and the people truly became family (they had me in tears on my birthday). The amount of recommendations? Incredible. A whole book of recs from grocery to liquor store to an amazing taxi service number (shout out to Preshanth). THE COVE?! We lived in there all week. We could walk to the dolphins and turtles and amazing swim up restaurants. This was the trip of a lifetime and all my other guests agreed it was made special due to this home/host. Logistics wise, they couldn’t have been better. Our flight was canceled and moved to a different day? No problem. Our flights are early? No problem early check in. Need somewhere to store your snorkeling/dive gear? No problem they have a locker. Everything was so incredibly clean and the AC was great. So so grateful for this team 10/10 would recommend

This is an absolutely lovely apartment. Very close to restaurants and beaches in West Bay and not far from Seven Mile Beach. The view from the balcony is amazing, helped by the fact there are comfy sofas to admire it from. Would highly recommend.

Marc and Monique's unit is clean, well appointed and beautiful, directly on the beach, and very accessible for my elderly parents who stayed at the Cayman reef resort.
