Our guest house sits on a secluded, private, peaceful two-acre lot, surrounded by trees, a creek and lots of wildlife. Close by Route 66 and local amenities.

Old Missouri Farm

Newly remodeled, 120 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

We are located on the Little Sugar biking trail & are a short drive to downtown Bentonville. You may, however, want to stay & enjoy the large deck with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, soak in the large hot tub (open year-round), or take your time in the walk-in shower made for 2. We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape!

Sit on the wrap around porch & watch the deer & turkey stroll thru. We are located about 1 mile off Route 66 and easy access to I-49 & I-44.

Love craft beer? Experience this one of a kind apartment above Indian Springs Brewing Co on the Historic Neosho Square. This recently remodeled space is a one bedroom, beer-themed apartment that is located in the center of restaurants, bike trails, parks, boutiques and of course our brewery. Booking includes one free flight per stay (must be 21). Our brewery is a gem in the Midwest that provides an inviting experience to make you feel welcome.

Everyone will enjoy easy access from this centrally located home. Things to do include Neosho Historic Square, parks & biking trails, bowling, movies, Neosho National Fish Hatchery & Crowder College. Nearby is Route 66, Precious Moments, casinos, airports, Crystal Bridges, University of Arkansas, and minor league baseball. We are within 35 miles of Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas & Oklahoma. Spacious environment with a trendy & hip atmosphere! And yes! We allow pets!! (Additional fees per pet. There also may be an additional cleaning cost if there is a lot of hair to clean up - pets are not allowed on the furniture- thanks for your understanding!).
