Bike trail runs in front of the home and it is 5 blocks to Razorback Greenway bike trail. Guests have separate entrance from main house and dedicated parking spot. Super clean and many extra touches. Guest suite doesn’t have stove or oven, but has kitchen appliances such crockpot, microwave, egg cooker, toaster, coffee pot, etc.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

A suite in a Victorian house one block from the beautiful Bentonville square, with fine dining, pubs, music venues, quaint shops, art galleries, coffee shops, food trucks, bicycle shop/rentals, splash park, playground, and a grocery store. The Razorback Greenway runs along the side of the property. Crystal Bridges Musieum of American Art is a mile walk or bike ride north on the Razorback Greenway. The Walmart Home Office is 1.2 miles away and no major roads to cross to get there.
