Everything perfect! The apartment has modern and well-equipped furniture, easy access, and 24-hour reception. There's a pay-per-use room if you need water or something to eat. Second time we've stayed at Serra Class, and we'll certainly be back. The view is beautiful, everything is organized and clean, faucets with hot water (warm and cold), and a wonderful shower. Smelly linens and towels, heated pool that our daughter loved, remembering that they provide towels for the pool too! We don't use the kitchen, but if you want to use it, it's well equipped with everything you need! On another occasion we will use the fireplace, because the chosen date was not so cold!

I spent the weekend with my girlfriend and we loved the place. Good space, good structure, good furniture and very tasteful decor. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it has air-conditioning in both bedrooms, heating in the bedrooms and bathroom, a heated towel rack and a gas shower. There is a balcony in the living room and another in the larger bedroom, both facing the back of the condominium, to a very beautiful and quiet green area. At night it is very quiet, you can only hear the sound of the wind in the trees. A point of attention is that the heaters, towel rack and gas shower mixer have smart switches, and these can turn off with power outages, and in the case of the mixer outlet, it is necessary to remove the plug from the outlet and manually activate the button that turns on the switch. The experience was great and the location is spectacular, we intend to return in the near future!

The apartment is really cozy and offers everything that was advertised. The condominium and its surroundings are very beautiful, making the stay even more enjoyable. In addition, the proximity to the covered street is a positive point, allowing a pleasant walk. However, it is important to mention that the land next to the condominium is under construction. This results in construction noise from 7 a.m., which can affect the tranquility of the place a little. It is worth noting that this is an external and temporary factor that hosts have no control over. I recommend the accommodation, the apartment and the condominium are very good and the host Sol is attentive and helpful.

The apartment is comfortable and has fast internet. It could have a few more utensils (wine glasses, dish towel, detergent and sponge), but it would just be a suggestion for something extra. The location is excellent, next to Rua Torta and close to markets, snack bars, restaurants, Rua Coberta, etc. From the balcony of 414 you can see the Hard Rock Café building. Very quiet and quiet place. We congratulate the owners and their employees for their care and attention.

I highly recommend this apartment! It is a hotel, with reception, room service, breakfast, swimming pool, very good wifi, among other amenities. The room has central heating, super comfortable on cold days! The bathroom is very nice too. We use the extra beds, we stayed in 4 people in the apartment, we settled very well. The hotel reception is sensational, super careful and attentive. Breakfast should be ordered separately, but it's really worth it. There is also the heated and covered pool, with scheduling, it is also worth it if you are staying more days in the apt. Anyway, it was a great stay!! See you next time!

Certainly, if not the best, one of the best places to stay in Gramado, a super complete resort with great structure. As for the room, it fully meets the expectations expected of an accommodation of this standard, not to mention that it is on the 4th floor with a large balcony. Host responds quickly and answers all questions, super fast and easy check-in and checkout, I recommend it without a doubt.

Beautiful place, honestly we like cinnamon more than Gramado, very well located very spacious house, at first for 8 people but it fits well over very large 3 floors well equipped, we love it was amazing our trip, we hope to return again…

An impeccable stay, this is how we summarize our experience. The house is beautiful, cozy, spacious and comfortable, with all possible amenities available. It is located in a gated community of houses (Gramado lakes), extremely quiet, with some small lakes full of ducks, Wanters, pheas and many other birds. The hosts, Carolina and Jairo, are very attentive and polite, always available and concerned about our comfort. We didn't miss anything in our stay! I cannot forget to mention the friendliness of Aninha, who received us with great affection and dedication!

Andrea's Bela Vista Farm exceeded all our expectations – and they were already high!
