Excellent experience!! The house itself is amazing, but all the attention and care the hosts give to their guests is something that elevates the stay to another level. My husband was on his birthday and put some heart cutouts, my son did not feel very well on the day of checkout and were super flexible worried about his well-being, leaving us calm for a late exit after his recovery. Only compliments, we will certainly return. Thanks for all care and kindness.

My stay was wonderful. The house is in a beautiful condominium, easily accessible and close to everything. Extremely cozy and pleasant place, air conditioning working perfectly, hot water in the bath, fireplace in the living room and bedroom and an amazing view of nature! (I slept every day with the windows open). recommend!

Our stay was very good, a spacious, well-arranged house, it had everything we needed, clean bed linen, fragrant bath towels, everything perfect for me and my family. A marvel for those who have children, my 7-month-old granddaughter enjoyed it a lot, it has a bathtub, stroller, toys, baby feeding table, you don't need to bring anything. The great host always responded with attention and affection, Lucio received us very well, very helpful and polite. I spent the weekend with my family and relatives. We went to Gramado to celebrate my grandson's 3rd birthday. The city is great. The property is excellent. Airy, well located, very spacious and cozy. Everything is very good and as described on the website. The host was very friendly, helpful and patient with me, given that I got lost on the way to the property, but it wasn't the host's fault. Anyway, it was a wonderful weekend. I recommend the property and the next time we return to Gramado we will stay in this space.

My stay at the apartment was wonderful. Fully equipped, we didn't miss anything. Check in and check out super practical. Beautiful, organized condominium, ample space, very wooded and extremely kind and polite staff, always willing to help. André was a very attentive and cordial host, always very helpful. You can easily walk to the city center, about a 15-minute walk. I'll be back for sure!
