Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Grado-Pineta

Centrally located just off the main square overlooking the market, this apartment is a very easy walk from the bus station. It is well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Although it’s on the 3rd floor, the two flights of stairs are wide and manageable. Igor was very responsive and provided good instructions. There is a grocery store right next door, however, their early morning deliveries are loud. I’d recommend this place to experience such an historic town, especially when the daytime tourists depart.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment from the beginning. Everything you need is available, and even beyond (in our case). We will be happy to come back anytime! The hostess Irena is very, very nice, accommodating and helpful! How nice when everything can be so uncomplicated, straightforward and loving! Companies, activities of any kind are unlimited. The location was great. Very helpful hostess. We were able to be helped with all the small problems. The location was also great, everything was easy to reach on foot. There is also a dm nearby.

Good place, easy access to old town and the castle. Also several bakeries with friendly staff in the same direction, and a nearby street with loads of local social life going on and creative restaurants. The apartment was spaceous, nicely organized and the presence of a washing machine with drier option is really awesome.

Close to the center and train station. Large, clean, well-equipped accommodation. Quiet building. Soundproofing of windows. It feels good in the apartment. Just like home. And we're close to everything. Giovanni welcomed us remotely but in a very friendly way!

We felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the two terraces and the good location in relation to swimming facilities, restaurants and cultural life. There's always something going on in Piran. On the weekend, we were able to experience great live music.

We stayed 8 nights in the modern and clean accommodation. From the friendly welcome by Sandro, we felt very comfortable. Sandro and Kristina were on site several times a day and regularly inquired or if you had questions you could speak to them personally. They were very accommodating and committed to making guests feel comfortable. There is a lockable room to store bikes. The homemade cake and Kristina's restaurant tips were great. The beach is very diverse: stone slabs, sandy beach, meadow. We felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the time there.

Thank you very much. We had a wonderful stay of two nights. We visited the world famous Caves and the castle. The apartment is as described, very calm, very spacious, lots of privacy, own washing machine which came handy, parking space just in front of the house, and a garden full of toys for kids. Our daughter loved running in the garden and exploring it. We can highly recommend this quiet paradise after a day full of sightseeings.

Andreja was very responsive, the apartment had a nice view and it was more spacious than expected. It was extremely clean and the host is very kind, pays attention to details and gave us a warm welcome. Would definitely go back.

Our stay at Renata’s place was the perfect ending for our Italian family trip from Bologna to Trieste (one mother and two daughters). The house is 15-20 minutes walk from the train station, but there is a bus line also to easier access, than 5 minute walk uphill from bus station to the house. We felt safe and in peace at this accommodation. The three levelled house is gorgeous, well equipped and has a personal vibe through the little details, carefully decorated with personal treasures, unique items and renovated furnitures. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arriving, bathroom and kitchen extra tidy and clean! We got towels, slippers and Renata & Dario even got us some welcome goodies for breakfast and for snacks and welcomed us with nicely written words too. We had everything we needed in the kitchen also. The view is even better than in pictures, perfect for eating outside on the terrace, and sippin’ in the coastal atmosphere. There is simply nothing to complain about! 10/10

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. The communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. Overall, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

We also visited this house with friends and I can confirm that we have never been to a better house for rent. Really beautiful house, brand new and modernly furnished, the view was breathtaking. The owner and manager of the house are very accommodating and always tried to accommodate us. I can't say a single bad word, everything was amazing. I definitely recommend visiting 🌴

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

The apartment is very nice and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. There was a very well-regulated air conditioning area, so we were really comfortable despite the scorching heat of the days we stayed. The apartment is in a wonderful location, close to a street with very nice places, but it was not noisy at all. The spacious bathroom with anteroom, a very convenient option when traveling in three. This is a really nice apartment, well furnished, spotlessly clean and with everything one might need. Donatella was a lovely host, she met us at the apartment even though we arrived quite late and gave us some useful tips on Trieste. The apartment is very central, lots of restaurants and cafes in the area, the boat and bus to the beaches are 5 minutes away. The apartment was also nice and quiet at night, I highly recommend it for a stay in Trieste

We loved our stay at Paolo’s apartment. It is very spacious, clean, modern, and has everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Trieste. The windows keep it quiet and peaceful. The location is perfect, right next to Unity Square, with many shops and restaurants nearby. Paolo was very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. We easily could have stayed longer and we’d definitely stay again.

Marina's house is large and well-equipped, comfortable beds, large and pleasant bathrooms. Remarkable common spaces! The location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside the house to reach the seafront and the center in a very short time, and taxi parking in front of the door.
