Cozy studio , attached to a family home. It is tastefully furnished. The entrance-vestibule is shared. But once the door of the studio has passed, everyone is at home...it is composed of a living room with sloping ceilings overlooking the garden. It has a bathroom, WC & kitchenette Note, the bed is 120 therefore more suitable for a single person and it does not have TV but WIFI. The neighborhood is very quiet. Surrounded by park and forest. You can park easily on the square.

It is equipped with a 2-seater sofa, a 140 x 200 cm bed with a comfortable mattress, TV, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, etc. Towels and bed linen provided. Ideally located 15 min south of Bordeaux. Easy access by car via the Bordeaux ring road located near the apartment or by public transport with direct access to Bordeaux TGV station. Parking is free.
