The apartment was very clean and spacious and matched the description. We stayed just for a night as we were flying from Zadar airport which is about a 15 min drive away. It takes about 8 mins to drive into the centre of Zadar, or a 40 min walk to the old town. There are grocery shops nearby. Daniela was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay at Miro's. The apartment was exactly as described and everything you could need was there. The pool was also great and very clean. The location is perfect to explore Zadar and the surrounding area and Miro also gave us many excursion tips. Communication with Miro and his son Luka was great and straightforward.

When booking an internet listing, what we experienced here is a very rare and extremely good thing: based on the listing (photos and text), we arrived at a much more wonderful property than the imaginary place. Everything was as it was described, but even better: it was seen that they were constantly looking after the place, both in furniture and in the garden and in other outdoor spaces. A little diamond is this place in a calm, peaceful bay on the water. Our host was very helpful, helpful in everything and very kind and patiently tolerated our questions, problems, and solved everything. The environment is tidy, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, you could really relax and relax here. It was a special kindness to offer water sports goods owned by the host for use during our stay (e.g. SUP), and we didn't expect that. Thanks for everything, just keep going!

Lovely quiet space with private garden area, clean with all basics included e.g kitchen appliances with local amenities and sea front close by. Local restaurants and bars are nice. 40 minute walk from Zadar old town. The host is amazing, really friendly and fast at replying. Would recommend for the price.

It is a very nice place. Perfect for four people with kitchen and laundry machine. Everything is clean. Tomislav is always there for help.

Vedrana is friendly, and communicative oaoba who will recommend restaurants,interesting places to visit, local transportation. If you arrive by car, there is a parking space available. A place located near the market and the beach.

*The apartment was very clean with all the daily necessities available. We had a very comfortable time. *Stipe and his wife were perfect hosts they speak perfect English and respond very quickly. *The view of the beach infront of the apartment was amazing. You can enjoy the calm sunset from the balcony. *The beach was shallow and safe for children. *We stayed in mid October so off season ,the weather and the sea water was still warm and the beach was completely empty. So it was perfect time. *One thing. the tap water is safe to drink but some times tastes funny. I recommend buying your water bottles. If you are visiting Zadar from Sukosan I highly recommend using Bolt or Uber they are way cheaper than the Taxi and are very easy to find.

A nice, very clean apartment with a great location. Filip and his family were very hospitable and helpful. The house has several apartments and the walls are sometimes a little thin. All in all, I highly recommend the apartment.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything we needed was available to us. All the rooms are well situated and furnished with great attention to details and practical matter. The shop and see is very close. Ivana and Vedran showed us around and answered all the questions. Such nice and hearty hosts. Thank you

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It is just a few steps from the sea, close to a nice pebble beach. We enjoyed our stay and lacked nothing. The house is fully air-conditioned, the dining room has a large table for shared meals, and the beds are comfortable. The hosts are amazing and helpful. They even made us lunch, grilling fish they caught themselves. That had never happened to us before! One surprise was that the washing machine is located on the property, not in the apartment, so the hosts did the laundry for us, which made us a bit uncomfortable. If you are traveling with more than two cars, be aware of the parking limitations. We think guests would also appreciate a small sunny garden, as the high humidity by the sea means laundry takes longer to dry in the shade. Otherwise, the place is perfect for families with children and pets, who also enjoyed it very much.

The place is tiny, however enough big for two people. Very clean, located in a peaceful area and perfect for a short stay. There were no issues with getting in touch with Sanja, she was very helpful. I totally recommend Sanja's place!

The Star apartment was extremely harmoniously furnished and sparkling clean. Marina has a really good eye for colors that complement each other and at the same time set accents. The fully equipped kitchen was also positively noticeable. There are four hotplates with enough pots and pans to use them all at the same time if you want to prepare several things at the same time. An oven with two trays is also available. This was usually not available in other accommodations. Add to that the fantastic location: beautifully quiet as in a small village and only 30 minutes' walk to the old town of Zadar. Communication was outstanding, Marina responded extremely quickly and was very accommodating. There was nothing to complain about!

We had a lovely stay at Dino’s place! The apartment with the little private garden were beautifully decorated and super clean. You have everything you need inside and our hosts were always ready to help us with all kinds of things and questions , such as ferry rides, tours, car/ scooter rental. The place is close to many supermarkets and a big shopping mall, so we could always buy our groceries quickly before our daily activities. We highly recommend staying at Dino’s place and would love to come back again!

We had a lovely stay! The hosts were incredibly sweet people and really did their best to make us comfortable. They even offered to take us to and from the airport, which was super nice. Upon arrival, something delicious was waiting for us in the fridge, a thoughtful surprise! The apartment was clean and tidy, and the pool was beautifully maintained and wonderful to swim in. The only downside is that there is no shower, only a bath. Showering is therefore a bit difficult, because the bathroom then gets wet. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the hospitality. Definitely recommended if you are looking for peace, friendliness and a clean stay!

We were very happy to spend our holiday in the apartment of Sinisa. We found everything what we needed there. The flat is very nice and modern. Plus - the balcony for my morning yoga was perfect. And close distance from the SportArea Višnjik was something what we were looking for. Our priority was train there; and the 2km distance on foot to downtown only was second privilege for us (our soft part of our daily training). We used to go to the beach outside the city - by car. We have changed the beach destination every day. When we come to ZADAR in the future, we will contact Sinisa again.

Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. They helped us get there from Zadar. Shame we didn't get to use the barbecue. It looked good. Loved the swimming pool so much

Great place that was close to the beach. Loved the jacuzzi and the apartment was very spacious and like that it had a washer and dryer.

Isabell and her husband were very friendly and great hosts. We apartment was clean, well furnished and has everything we needed. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong and we had no issues whatsoever. They also made great use of the outdoor space. I recommend taking the boat tour Isabell's husband offers!

Great place! The owner was so accommodating for our family. We came late evening and she brought the keys and met us there as we got there. Place is perfect for our family of five and space to spread out and very comfortable. We loved the washer and dryer. Everything is within walking distance. Would stay again!
