House vacation rentals in Grad Mali Lošinj

Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The pool is just sublime. Both the interior and the exterior, 10/10. Zoran gave us great local recommendations. He's a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 minutes' drive of the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must-see!

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

A big thank you to Luka who was very helpful and did his best to give us a good stay. I recommend this place to have fun with friends and have a good time.

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing vacation! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The place was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated, with everything you could ever need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. Communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back any time and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

Reccomend this stay and in Senj to! We stayed with a 6 8 and 14 year old and they all had a great time. We took nanny with us and the set up of the smaller apartment on ground floor was perfect for that! Thank you again for your wonderful home to stay in.

Super family-friendly place in the middle of the old town. Rooftop terrace with harbor view and large kitchen. Extra living room. In short: Everything exactly as described I'd love to come back :-)

Great stay in Unjie: an amasing clean flat, with all you might need in a wonderful little village. The host (the real one, Ana) is extremely kind, she allowed us to leave the car at her place (on Unjie no cars are allowed) and also the person who welcomed us on the island was really nice and helpful. Thanks! Besides this pleasing experience, unfortunately the rent goes through an external agency called "Novasol" which is in between you and the real host, and this has been a disappointing experience. They are not responsive, we mostly receive automatic messages and to contact a real someone we had to ask for help from AirB&B's customer service. This has nothing to do with the host, but every time we have dealt with Novasol we have had problems.

All in all it was a great holiday. There are steps all over town, except on the "boardwalk" or riva, but that's normal for an island in Croatia. Mariana's little house is cute, it's got everything you need. Not accessible directly with car, it's a bit of a walk from the parking, so pack light. There's a laundromat not so far away, so there's really no need for a large suitcase 😉

Great stay for over a week. The terrace is great for meals and to enjoy the breeze. Great bbq space. The beach and a few restaurants are 5min walk away. We'll happily come back!

Giulia was an exceptional host. She welcomed us on our arrival with a lot of useful information to fully enjoy the vacation. The location of the house is remarkable: an enchanted bay with a fabulous sea attached to the house. A positive note is the proximity of a bar and a restaurant where you eat very well and the staff is very kind and courteous. Giulia and her husband were overall perfect guests. Super satisfied

Great host, Great vacation

A very beautiful house! Delicatly renovated with old and fitting furniture. An atmosphere you will remember! Susak is laid back and simple. There are multiple bays within a 30-minute-walk-radius where you will be almost alone in turquoise waters.

We had a wonderfully secluded week in Igor's house for seven of us... the path with the jeep is an adventure...the bay a dream..as well as the sunsets on the terrace..in the kitchen nothing was missing we always had warm solar water. An unforgettable week!

We had a wonderfull stay in the beautifull house of Daniella.

There isn't much to say. Everything was just perfect. We had a wonderful vacation. Micol, the hostess, arranged the accommodation with great attention to detail, and we were warmly welcomed. We will definitely come back.

Nice outside area, including shower. Lots of space inside. Only the electricity installation is outdated. Multiple times the electricity broke down during cooking. Also the warm water boiler had to be repaired during our stay but the owner reacted very quickly. Very close to the port and the supermarket. We were able to park our car free of charge in a street close to the apartment.

The apartment is really spacious and very nicely decorated. We slept very well on the comfy mattresses and we found everything we could need to make our stay easy. The upstairs terrace has a lovely view and the location was just fabulous - a stone's throw from the harbour, bars and restaurants but also very close to the Lidl supermarket where you can park your car in the allotted space. We had a wonderful stay in Mali and will definitely try to stay here again next time.

Accommodation in a house that is practically accessible by car, i.e. about 30 meters from the entrance, which makes it easy to transfer things. Secure parking about 3 minutes on foot from the house. The house is spacious, on 4 floors. There are a patio and bathroom on three levels (3 decks and 3 bathrooms in total). Large yard with a BBQ in it. The decor is not the most modern, which is not a minus, but has details that add charm and belong to an older stone island house. The house has all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay, dishwasher, laundry, enough dishes. Definitely a recommendation.
