The house has 5 apartments and one studio. My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, the airport and downtown. You will appreciate my accommodation for the view, the location, the heated swimming pool and its Mediterranean garden, the people and the atmosphere.

Studio La Vita is beautiful (2 person)

Newly renovated studio La Vita è bella is a size of 25m2 and is in the basement of our family house. It is located 300m from the beach,100 m from restaurants, 300m from store and 800m from city center. The studio has a kitchen and bathroom, tv,cabel(sat), free air condition and a free wi-fi. Parking is available right in front of the house and terase too. In the house we also have a massage salon. Our guest are able to get massage services as the discounted price.

Apartment 3 - 35m2 ideal for 2+1

My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, the airport and downtown. You will appreciate my accommodation for the view, the location, the heated swimming pool and its Mediterranean garden, the people and the atmosphere. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children) and four-legged friends. Additional costs for pets: less than 5kg 10€/night more than 5kg 15€/night.

This stylish place to stay is perfect to relax and enjoy the beauty of our small village Punat, located on the biggest Kvarner Bay Island Krk. Our blue apartment is on the high ground floor of the house and there is another 1 bedroom apartment on the same floor, the yellow one. It has one bedroom, kitchen with living room where is extra bed for 1 person, bathroom and a balcony!

Apartman se nalazi u gradu gradu Krku. Udaljen je 10 minuta hoda do plaže, 8 minuta hoda do centra grada. Ima terasu i pogled na mali vrt. Idealan je za dvoje, a po potrebi ima i jedan pomoćni ležaj u dnevnoj sobi.
