Apartment 1 This apartment is located on first floor of the house and offer a space of 45m2 and a large terrace of 16m2 with a beautiful open sea view on the bay with the Island of Košljun. The house has 5 apartments and one studio. My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, the airport and downtown. You will appreciate my accommodation for the view, the location, the heated swimming pool and its Mediterranean garden, the people and the atmosphere.

Studio La Vita is beautiful (2 person)

Newly renovated studio La Vita è bella is a size of 25m2 and is in the basement of our family house. It is located 300m from the beach,100 m from restaurants, 300m from store and 800m from city center. The studio has a kitchen and bathroom, tv,cabel(sat), free air condition and a free wi-fi. Parking is available right in front of the house and terase too. In the house we also have a massage salon. Our guest are able to get massage services as the discounted price.

Very comfortable spacious apartment with two bedrooms, a large open-space living room, dinning room and kitchen; and a big balcony and small terrace (also with a dinning table). Has a fantastic view of the old town (esp. the cathedral) and a bit of harbor; and a charming wood stove (for heat; useful only in winter). The kitchen/living-room has a work table and a dining table with access to power outlets; the bigger bedroom also has a small work table.

Magical place just a few min from the beach, amazing nature,transparent sea, definitely must visit. House is divided in two apartments, we rent only one so you will have all privacy you need. It’s a big apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen, amazing garden with swimming pool and a big BBQ. Direct flights to Island Krk (airport Rijeka) from most European cities (Ryanair), or to Pula Airport EasyJet.
