Welcome to Barn Hives. Self-sustainable Eco-luxury pods. Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days and the bathroom/toilet facilities, sun deck with a bbq. The choice for having minimal technology provided is something we care for deeply and is a viewpoint we stand by. We want to leave you feeling connected to the outdoors and away from the hustle and bustle. Because right there, outside of those windows, is where the true beauty lies. The property is unsuitable for children less than 12 years of age. maximum of 2 people (including children).

The quoted room rate for 1 or 2 persons is based on the use of 1 bedroom. If, for any reason, guests require to use the 2nd bedroom, an extra bed charge will be levied payable before arrival.

The extensively renovated house is spacious, light, bright and really comfortable. Gracetown Views has been loved by many guests since 2015 and will suit couples, families and travellers. The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.
