Lovely Apartment with Terrace in the Very Heart of Graça

Interior highlights include hardwood floors and clever mirror accents, plus a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and so many other amenities which will make you feel home away from home... We're proud to present you with yet another fantastic NEST located in the very heart of Graça neighbourhood - our favourite one in Lisbon! Fully refurbished and re-decorated in July 2018, you will immediately notice two spacious and comfortable double bedrooms (one of them with a nice balcony to Largo da Graça - the main square of the neighbourhood) and a stylish living room. The comfortable double bedrooms are just perfect to relax after a long and tiring day outside getting to know the lovely city of Lisbon. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, espresso machine, water kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, you name it…) is at your disposal, as well as a bathtub bathroom with guaranteed trouble-free water pressure. Apart from all of this the flat is also equipped with super fast WIFI connection and Smart TV (100+ channels), so just grab a seat at the sofa or big chair and watch a movie / tv series logging in the TV to your streaming account. Oh, did we mention the outside private terrace just for you? Well, to put it simple, we're sure you're going to love this place, as it's just perfect to have your morning breakfast, or maybe a relaxing drink after a tiring day outside, or whatever you might feel like doing there... And what about the charming location of our NEST? Indeed it is, as you will find our NEST located right within Graça neighbourhood, one of Lisbon's 7 hills (and definitely our favourite one). This hill showcases the most amazing landscape views over the city, so please do go for a coffee at the coffee shop next to Graça's church (it's a 2min walk from home) and get blown away by the views (you can also have fantastic views from "Miradouro da Sra do Monte" which is 5 minutes walking from the nest). At the door of the flat you'll have the historical 28 electrical tram line (you must jump in and take a right all the way down to downtown Baixa - or upwards if you're coming back home), but if you just prefer to take a walk (which we fully recommend) you'll find awesome places nearby, like the Alfama neighborhood and the Panteão Nacional (5 min), St. Jorge Castle (10 min away), Baixa downtown is only 15 min walking, and so many other city attractions... Does all of this sound interesting??? Come and check it out!!! Our NEST is located in a late 19th century building covered in white & blue tile so typical of our Lisbon. Being an historical building, there's no lift / elevator, which means you will need to take the stairs - but it's a 1st floor which means a very easy climb. In any case, think on the positive side: this is just a small flavour to get you used to the 7 Hills City :) (probably you've already heard that this is one of the so many names Lisbon is known by...). Rest assured that one of our priorities is to make sure our guests have no troubles whatsoever arriving to the flat, and for us it's super important to be available to welcome you during the check-in proceedings, and making sure we leave you with no questions pending to be answered (apart from giving you our top tips on places to visit, to drink & eat, or whatever else you might be interested in...). We want to make sure you have a great time at our amazing city, so we'll do our best to help you out. Nest@Lisbon – Nest with Us! Walk 3 minutes to Sophia Mello Breyner for perhaps the finest viewpoint in the whole city, best appreciated with a coffee from the cafe next to the church. Catch the historic 28 tram outside the door, which goes right to the far end of downtown. If you're coming by plane to the Lisbon Airport (relatively close to the city centre), there are pretty much 3 options: (1)Taking a taxi / Uber: A good option is taking a Uber/Cabify (cheaper than the typical taxis). Please consider that Uber/Cabify drivers usually pick customers up at the Departures area (not Arrivals) at a Parking lot called "Kiss & Fly" - takes roughly 20/25 minutes to arrive to the flat (of course, dependent on traffic). (2)Via private transfer (journey will cost 30€ – you should pay the driver in cash): This is the most comfortable option, and if you'd like, we can help out arranging a private transfer with one of our partners to take you directly from the airport to the Nest – the driver would be waiting for you at the Arrivals area with a board with your name written. Please, try let us know about 48h in advance if indeed you’d like to hire a private transfer. (3)Alternative option is to take public transports: •By Bus only (whole journey will take roughly 45/60 min): take bus "708" from stop "Praça do Aeroporto" to "Rua da Palma" (13 stops - about 20 min), and from there you can walk about 12 min (800 metres) until reaching the flat - bear in mind it's walking upwards from Rua da Palma. •By Subway/Tube & Bus (whole journey will take roughly 45/60 min): take the tube from stop "Aeroporto" to "Alameda" (Red Line only), and right outside the tube station there will be a bus stop where you can take bus "735" until stop "Sapadores" (6 stops - about 14 min), and from there you can walk about 7 min (650 metres) until reaching the flat - street level is horizontal all the way, so easier to carry your luggage. If you're traveling by car and you need a parking space, you can try parking in the streets close to the flat (it’s paid street parking), but if these are quite busy and you can’t find a parking spot, the best option is to park at the following parking lot: •"Parque de Estacionamento Emel – Damasceno Monteiro" (Street: Rua Damasceno Monteiro, 2): about 2 min walking to the flat (3€ / 4 hours). •Just in front of that parking lot, you’ve got another one which costs 20€ / 24h. Apart from some exceptional situations, we're pretty sure we'll be there face to face to welcome you get on with the check in procedures. Nonetheless, our NEST is prepared for self check-in (we've got door codes for the building and the flat) for those rare situations when we will not be able to welcome you face to face. And we're always super flexible when it comes to early check-ins or late check-outs (free of charge), as long as the NEST isn't occupied by someone else.

In Love with Alfama with Private Patio

Move to the romantic, rose-colored patio for drinks at sundown. This apartment disposes an Internet service with the following features: INTERNET SPEED: Download: 100 Mbs Upload: 100 Mbs Type: FTTH We fell in love with Alfama and want you to experience it - that's why we want to share our house with you and why we will give you all the nice tips. Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

Brew some coffee in the Krups machine and settle on the sectional sofa to watch a show on the TV. Well-chosen blue and yellow accents stand out, together with a mosaiced and tiled bathroom, and there's a handy little balcony area as well. Airy Apartment (1 big living room with a double bed and sofa-bed for 2 and a complete kitchen), strategically located, near Santa Apolonia’s Hub (Subway-Bus-Train) and 100m from taxi. This apartment is in the outskirt of Alfama, is a short walk from one of the most typical neighborhoods of Lisbon’s city center. Walk trough the narrow streets and alleys where the linen and shirts hang from the windows to dry and enter in a typical bar or restaurant to eat or just to drink a glass of wine and listen to Fado. In a short distance walk from the main belvederes (Santa Luzia, Graça and Senhora do Monte) and Museums (Water, Military, tyle...) you must go on a ride on the 28 tram (nearest stop 300m away in the Graça Square. By night you are just 500m away from the Ferroviário Bar and, later on, 800m from Lux Disco. If you have the time spare a day to go to Cascais (30km) and Sintra (35km). We welcome you to Lisbon and, if you need, spare some time with you on your arrival with a short briefing of what and where to go. We wish you a nice staying in our apartment. And if you need we can give you some hints of what to do and see while in Lisbon Head for the nearby metro, and the 28 Tram stop, to reach almost any point in the city in minutes. The Train Station/Subway Station/Bus Station of Santa Apolónia is just a 11min walk away (750m). If you come by aeroplane, the Lisbon Airport is just a 10min taxi ride, around 12Eur. There is a late check in fee of 25Eur and refers to check-in after 8p.m. For check-in after 11p.m. the fee is 40Eur

Keep in mind that this apartment (like almost every flats on the central old town) its located on tradicional building on third floor without lift. The neighbors are old, friendly, and most of them wake very early, please avoid to make noise between 23:00 and 07:00. Traditional and authentic doesn't always have to mean old and moldy, we've set our aim high and our apartment was fully renovated from the ground up, with only one thing in mind, to provide you great comfort levels and all the modern commodities to make sure that your stay with us is truly remarkable. Passion is a studio apartment with a bed and a big TV with cable. Wifi is available and a nice Sofa-bed too. Last but not least there is a fully equipped kitchenette (microwaves oven, domino hob/cooktop, fridge, etc.) at your disposal. Perfect for 2 it can host up to 3. Families are welcome. You will have access to all the common parts of the building, including a very traditional courtyard "pátio" and a small balcony that provides you with amazing views of Lisboa and the Tagus river. Unique Apartment in a Prime Location in Lisbon

In the day and hour of your arrival someone will be at the apartment to make your check in and explain everything you need to know, as well as to give some advice about your stay. The check in occurs, normally, after 3pm and until 10pm. Check in after 10pm should always be informed and obtained our agreement before booking (fee tax 30€). This fee must be paid in cash upon arrival to the person who makes your check in. Since the moment you step out from the taxi, I'll be at the door to welcome you... I'm always available for any information you may need, restaurant and taxi reservations! Tell me what you want and it will happen :) Madalena Flat is in an area with a special relaxed atmosphere. The location couldn't be better with the most interesting sights of Lisbon within walking distance including St Jorge Castle, Sé Cathedral, Alfama, Chiado, and Feira da Ladra. At 2 minute walking from the subway station Praça da Figuerira, the main buses, the taxi-station and the famous “Tram 28” which will be jogging along from Martim Moniz to the other old neighbours of Graça, Alfama, Baixa, Chiado, Bairro Alto and Estrela. If you want to visit Lisbon and stay comfortable in one of the best areas, you found the right place! The apartment its all your! Enjoy!
