Vacation rentals with a kayak in Government of Amsterdam

Lovely character home, very tastefully furnished, very helpful hosts. Superb location and a bonus of a pedal boot which was great to use in this location. We all had wonderful time.

All in all a great place to stay, modern, nice ambiance, quiet, the garden with the furniture, the size, the jetty and the canal just great. In addition, the accommodation is very centrally located to take beautiful bike tours, the small town for small shopping right outside the door, what more do you need for an extended weekend. . .

We had a great stay, beautiful setting close to the train station. Well-equipped. Bonus view of the chickens, cows, swans and hares. Thanks, we'll be back

we felt very comfortable. the location is fantastic! the house is well equipped. especially, Ingrid and Robert were so easily accessible. unfortunately, the house was quite dusty.. Ingrid also seemed very upset that the cleaning company had cleaned poorly and was accommodating. we still liked it very much! especially the outdoor area and the sauna are fantastic!!!

Ideally situated (20 minutes from Amsterdam city center) in a beautiful , peaceful setting. A real family house, warm and welcoming. We have had a great time.

We had a lovely stay at Nanette's! The place was clean, lovingly decorated and exactly as described. The kitchen was very well equipped. The mattresses (we slept upstairs on the right) were also very good and we could sleep well in them. Nanette is a warm host who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. She also gave us a lot of good tips for our stay. The house is quite far outside. For us, the reason to rent this house. In the brasserie, which is within walking distance, on a small harbor, there is a small selection of good tasting dishes. A small supermarket can also be reached in about 10 minutes by bike. On some days (depending on the weather) there was a small odor problem in the bathroom from the drain pipe. Nevertheless, we will also consider renting this house in the future.

The cottage in Warmond is ideally located in a community surrounded by beautiful fields, walking and biking trails, and a train station. Petra kindly welcomed us and helped us with local information.

We (5 friends+1 dog) had very nice days at the place. Great quiet rural location - surrounded by nature. Nevertheless, the way to Amsterdam is quick and easy (small tip: there is a ferry). Victor and his wife are very friendly and uncomplicated. So if you need some peace but still want to quickly get to the city or do other activities, this is the place to be. Edam and Volendam are also highly recommended. In addition, a day trip to the North Sea is also worthwhile ;-) We will be happy to come back.

We had a very lovely stay in Jisp with Esther and Marc. Spacious accommodation in such a peaceful location. Our hosts were fantastic, so accommodating and helpful. We made the best of the weather with several days of cycling and relaxing. Public transport is excellent as to be expected. We would love to come back and explore more of North Holland.

Excellent! Very responsive host, accommodation even more beautiful than in the photos, very clean, really great! I recommend it if you want to get away from the city for a few days!

We immediately fell in love with this place. A unique spot, this cozy cottage with the green property and a private swimming area. The right place to slow down and relax. We enjoyed jumping into the lake after getting up, having breakfast overlooking the lake and watching the sailors and surfers. The cottage is small but equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Rarely have we found such a well-equipped kitchen. The house is also a very good starting point for excursions by bike to the nature reserves, to the sea and to Haarlem (25 - 30 min). Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Ralph is straightforward, always responded very quickly to inquiries and provided us with the necessary information. Adam, his father, who welcomed us and whom we got to know personally, is a very likeable and warm person.

Lonneke’s place is an absolute dream! Nestled in a quaint town surrounded by beauty. We loved walking around town, visiting the local restaurant, stopping in at the local market for fresh bread, and riding bikes along the canal. It’s the perfect distance from Amsterdam in that you can head into town for the hustle and bustle of the city, and return to a peaceful place to relax and disconnect.

The location of this house is amazing, right on a canal with an amazing garden. The house is located walking distance from restaurants and a grocery store. The house was clean, and spacious for a group of 7. We loved sitting on the deck, making use of the kayak and paddle board on the canal. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Arent is an amazing host, he sent all the instructions and details and made it easy to find the house, check-in, and have a great stay.

We were there with the family and had a wonderful stay. The house is high-quality, but still functionally furnished. It is very cozy and offers plenty of space for 6/7 people. There's everything you need!

A gorgeous stay in Tienhoven with our baby - Sara and Steven were full of fantastic local walks, bike rides and even a kayak route which was very sheltered and lovely. The space is great, very comfortable and lovely garden to relax in too. Would definitely recommend!

We were a group of 5 friends. It was really fun, even if it was short. The sauna was great and a highlight. We were completely satisfied.

The complex and the accommodation were very nicely landscaped and well maintained. The lakeside location is very nice for walks and the restaurant on the grounds is excellent. There is also a lot on offer for children.

What a fantastic stay!!!! Homely atmosphere, playful due to all the different colors of caravans and cottages, clean accommodation, own sanitary facilities were neat, the common area for eating, drinking coffee etc was cozily decorated, a common refrigerator was also nice. We felt at home, relaxed and after checking out stayed almost all day at the coffee restaurant. We will definitely come back!
