House vacation rentals in Gouvia

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Besonders schön fanden wir den liebevoll angelegten Garten mit vielen Pflanzen sowie die verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Poolbereich wird zwar mit einer weiteren Wohnung im Erdgeschoss geteilt, war aber während unseres Aufenthalts fast ausschließlich für uns alleine nutzbar. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und hat zur Erholung beigetragen. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Wer keine großen Kochsessions plant, wird hier alles finden, was er braucht. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Mijn vriendin en ik hebben een ontzettend mooie tijd gehad op Corfu. Dat kwam mede door ons verblijf. Het was een rustige omgeving met een bakker op loopafstand. Verder hebben we veel met de auto gedaan. Corfu stad was binnen 15 min te bereiken. Ook enkele eetgelegenheden waren makkelijk te bereiken. Verder was het een modern en schoon appartement. Met een airco zowel in de slaapkamer als ook in de woonkamer. Het zwembad was ook ideaal. In bijna alle gevallen dat wij wilde gaan zwemmen zat er niemand bij het zwembad, waardoor het echt aanvoelde als een privé zwembad. De zitzakken bij het water waren ook ideaal. Anastasia, haar moeder en zus zijn allemaal ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement is echt een aanrader!

Highly recommend Magdalena Villa. Great location, close to Old Corfu town and a lot of different beaches that are a short drive away. Close to a lot of different restaurants. However, I would highly recommend renting a car for this location since Uber does take a bit of time to get. Hosts were very pleasant and accommodating. She was very responsive and readily available to answer any questions that we had during our stay. There was cleaning service that had came in to clean up the place during our stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Die Lage des Hauses sowie die Aussicht vom Pool bzw. der Terrasse ist atemberaubend und nicht in Worte zu fassen. Hier kann man wirklich einige Stunden verbringen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Anfahrt hat auch dank der guten Beschreibung von Claudia gut funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war von Anfang bis zum Ende wirklich großartig. Sie hat direkt auf unsere Nachfragen geantwortet und sich gut um uns gekümmert. Herausheben möchte ich, dass der Pool äußerst sauber war. Das Haus natürlich ebenso. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die zwei en suite Badezimmer runden es perfekt ab. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub dort verbracht und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 😍

A wonderfully peaceful stay at Villa Persephone. The villa had everything we needed and was super comfortable and homely. The pool area and view were outstanding and such a lovely place to just relax and unwind. Beaches, restaurants and shops all very walkable. Nataliya was a great host and responded to any queries quickly and cheerfully! Thank you for a superb stay!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach wunderschön! Man merkt, dass mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde und sich auch jetzt noch sehr gut gekümmert wird. Es ist super sauber gewesen und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthalts noch einmal sehr gründlich geputzt. Die Gastgeberinnen sind zudem sehr freundlich, haben sich immer wieder nach uns erkundigt und sind schnell erreichbar gewesen. Der Blick auf das Meer sowie die Lage am Strand versüßen einem morgens direkt den Tag. Wir waren super happy und werden definitiv wiederkommen!!

Schöne Villa in herrlicher Lage direkt am Meer Die „Villa Mia“ ist herrlich am Meer gelegen und verfügt über einen privaten Meerzugang. Gute Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen auf der Insel mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und guten Tavernen ganz in der Nähe. Drei schöne, helle Schlafzimmer mit ausreichend Platz und Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Betreuung durch Amihai und insbesondere Katia vor Ort war super. Sehr zu empfehlen - wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Villa Kortilles und haben ein Haus angetroffen, das in Sichtweite zum Meer im ansteigenden Bergland liegt. Die Lage in Olivengärten vermittelt komfortable ländliche Idylle in völliger Ruhe. Alle Technik funktioniert zuverlässig und die Einrichtung vermittelt einen neuwertigen Eindruck. Beeindruckend ist auch die Architektur mit vielen Balkonen, und je nach Bedarf kann zwischen Sonnen-und Schattenseite gewechselt werden. Stamatis ist ein liebenswürdiger Gastgeber. Er bietet seine Hilfe permanent an und vermittelt eine private Einbindung. Erfreulich waren die Start-Befüllung des Kühlschranks und zwischen Gewürzen, Kaffeepulver, Teesorten, Dusch-und Pflegmitteln und Sonnenschirm ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und empfehlen Herr und Haus.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Nick ist sehr freundlich und seine Mama Angeliki haben wir und unsere Kinder sehr lieb gewonnen. Sie waren immer ansprechbar und haben sich rund um die Uhr um den tollen großen Garten gekümmert. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und gibt viele Möglichkeiten gemütlich zu sitzen oder zu essen. Mindestens 3 gemütliche Sitzschaukeln sind vorhanden. Wir waren in einer der kleineren Wohnungen mit 3 Kleinkindern und der Platz war ausreichend. Jeder hatte genug Platz zum schlafen und Babybett war vorhanden. Die meiste will man eh draußen im Garten verbringen. Kids Programm haben wir auch bekommen. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und planen selbst auch schon wieder zu kommen

Wir hatten tolle anderthalb Wochen bei Eftihia und ihrer Familie. Die Wohnung liegt in einem wunderschönen Dorf in der Mitte der Insel, sodass alles gut zu erreichen ist wenn man ein Auto hat. Das konnten wir fast immer etwas unterhalb des Dorfkerns parken. Eftihias Mama hat während unseres Aufenthaltes zweimal geputzt und uns neue Handtücher gebracht, sodass wir uns fast wie im Hotel gefühlt haben… das war überraschend und sehr lieb. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und noch mehr, es gab zusätzlich Wein, Saft, Wasser, Zahnbürsten und sogar Mückenschutz. Die Küche hat alles was Selbstversorger brauchen, gefrühstückt werden kann auf einem der schönen Balkons. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Sinarades und würden den Aufenthalt bei Eftihia jedem unserer Freunde empfehlen. Vielen Dank!!

Spyros est un hôte souriant très gentil et super accueillant ! Vous savez que votre sera toujours magnifique et agréable avec ce genre d’hôte ! Je ne peux que le recommander . De plus le logement est tout simplement magnifique et moderne dans un super coin de paix ! Sans aucun doutes le plus beau logement de Corfou ! Vous êtes facilement à 15/20 min des plus beaux coins ! Angeliki's home is a wonderful find, absolutely perfect for a quiet getaway. I would recommend having a car, although that's just the nature of Corfu rather than the house. We walked down to the beach most days, which took maybe 20 minutes, and the walk back is uphill and takes a bit longer, however it's not too bad at all. With a car it is only 5 minutes. For travelling around the island it's a great central location. The house itself is amazing, lots of space, great water pressure in the bathrooms, and a fantastic kitchen. When you add in the fresh fruit from the gardens and brilliant recommendations for where to eat from Angeliki you're all set for a great holiday in Corfu. If I were to go back to Corfu I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely location, house as described, it is small and simple inside with a lovely garden and direct access to the sea. A nice welcome pack and plenty of essential items like toilet rolls and bin bags provided, which was a bonus as no one wants to shop for these on holiday! We really enjoyed our stay and also George and Elena's Taverna across the road where we were given a really warm welcome and great food.

We really enjoyed our stay in the musicians roundhouse. Kostas went above and beyond to provide everything we needed and explain the house rules.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen! Das Haus hat uns auf Anhieb gefallen – es war geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, sauber und es war wirklich alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Besonders angenehm war die Klimaanlage, die für ein angenehmes Raumklima gesorgt hat. Man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

The flat is really clean and has everything you need. But the most impressive thing about it is the great location in the countryside and the magnificent view of the bay! Magda was also really friendly and helped us with all our questions.

We had a terrific 2 night stay at Theo’s house. Modern, well decorated interior with great views from the balcony looking across the bay towards Corfu. Theo and his family were always available to help with questions and recommendations. Walking distance to several restaurants and markets with even greater selection a short drive away.

We stayed at this location for 3 days in May 2025 and we really liked it. The house and the swimming pool area are completely new and the location in between the olive trees is fantastic if you are looking for a relaxing place away from noise and tourists. The house is fully equipped. Go there if you are looking for a peaceful apartment that is well equipped and that has a swimming pool, BBQ area and dinning spaces indoors and outdoors. Those commons areas are shared among the different guests, but in our case we could enjoy them fully! :)

We absolutely loved Irini’s place. Really unique, the pictures do not lie, it is stunning. We love the beach but have never stayed quite so close before, just a few steps away is the Ionian, sandy, warm, just beautiful. Complimentary sun beds, cushions & umbrella on what is almost your own private each, makes you feel incredibly special. The apartment is so comfortable & has everything you could possibly want. The outside space is huge, great for dining, relaxing. Great escape from the sun/heat if needed. Irini & her family could not have been more hospitable, so friendly & kind. The fridge was stocked with so much more than just essentials, so much kindness - in addition the fabulous (blue) supermarket just a few minutes walk away - we could not fault anything. Cannot recommend highly enough.

A beautiful home and we loved our stay here. We had an amazing time exploring Corfu with this as our base and spent lovely afternoons in the garden watching Swallows. Anna was the perfect host, so helpful and goes above and beyond, the village people were so friendly and helpful, bakery fantastic bread, Lisa's place good home made food not forgetting Zikas bar, a hire car is a must to explore the beautiful island, we can definitely say you will not be disappointed.
