Vacation rentals with a patio in Gornja Brela

We had a wonderful stay in Makarska! The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt like home from the moment we arrived. It was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed: a hairdryer, hair straightener, washing machine and dishwasher pods, coffee pods, bin bags, cleaning sprays, and a drying rack. All the appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, etc.) were high-quality and worked perfectly. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the couch was super cozy. Parking was also a breeze, which was a big plus. A couple of minor improvements could be made. The Wi-Fi, at 10mbps, was a bit slow for anything beyond streaming Netflix, and a frying pan would have been a great addition to the kitchen. Also, a heads-up for future guests: the apartment is at the top of a hill, so the last 100m could be challenging for those with mobility issues or knee problems. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Un véritable coup de cœur sur Airbnb ! L’hôte est extrêmement attentionné, ce qui rend le séjour d’autant plus agréable. L’appartement est impeccable, décoré avec goût, et parfaitement entretenu. Mention spéciale pour la superbe terrasse extérieure, idéale pour profiter des beaux jours. Un autre grand avantage : il y a un stationnement auquel le propriétaire vous aides à vous stationner. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la vieille ville et des rives de l’eau. Tout était réuni pour un séjour parfait. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience !

Ivana's apartment is a paradise where you can leave all your worries behind. Relaxing in the jacuzzi and watching the sunset with this beautiful view is incredible! This apartment has everything you need (including towels, bathrobes etc.). It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Another great feature of this apartment is the grill near the roof terrace. We really enjoyed cooking dinners there and enjoying the sea view while eating. You can also park your car on the premises, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. Thanks to Ivana, our stay was relaxing and carefree. She is always active and responsive. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce magnifique loft à Sumartin. La maison correspondait parfaitement à la description : élégante, moderne, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. La plage de galets juste en face de la maison était charmante et pratiquement déserte, ce qui nous a permis de nous détendre complètement. Mariana et Mario ont vraiment créé un endroit chaleureux, dans lequel ils ont mis beaucoup de travail et de cœur. Nous tenons à remercier particulièrement Renata et Tonći pour leur aide lors de notre arrivée. Ils étaient très aimables et toujours prêts à répondre à nos questions. Dans le village, nous avons découvert un excellent restaurant, "Miron", où les plats étaient incroyablement délicieux. Le propriétaire, une personne très attentionnée et agréable, et les habitants de la région étaient dans l’ensemble très accueillants.Nous avons également goûté l'huile d'olive locale avec du pain fait maison — c'était délicieux ! Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux!

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen und traumhaften Urlaub in Brela. Marko war ein toller Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben tolle Empfehlungen und Tipps von ihm bekommen und fühlten uns in der Ferienwohnung sofort wie Zuhause. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir sind sehr zufrieden. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter:-)

Words can’t describe the view. We looked out over the Adriatic Sea and watched sailboats pass by. The windows opened to the sea view so we opened to let the breeze come in. The location is about 20 minutes from the main square. Not a bad trek for us, but difficult for anyone with a mobility issue. Host was extremely responsive. Immediate response to any questions. And great local recommendations.

The apartment was modern and clean. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the some of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia and also close to restaurants.

Mirjana lejlighed i Omiš var totalt luksus og virkelig lækker. Der er ikke en finger at sætte på noget. Det fungerede fantastisk med de to forbundne lejligheder - både for en familie som os med store teenagere og for to familier på ferie sammen. Den gamle restaurant lige under lejligheden er anbefalelsesværdig - virkelig lækker mad, super betjening og ikke dyrt.

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen, sauberen Villa. Der Gastgeber war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Er gab uns wertvolle Empfehlungen für ein hervorragendes Restaurant in der Nähe, was unseren Aufenthalt kulinarisch bereichert hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass er uns einen Parkplatz direkt am Strand organisiert hat. Normalerweise kostet dieser 15€ pro Tag, aber dank der Kennzeichenerfassung durften wir kostenlos parken. Der Parkplatz liegt ideal, direkt an einer langen Promenade mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Villa selbst ist ein wahrer Rückzugsort – ruhig, idyllisch gelegen und perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Whirlpool war ein Highlight, ideal zum Abschalten nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

This place is absolutely like the pictures let you imagine. Peaceful und privat. It was great watching the amazing view to the Sea in the hammock with different colours at different times of the day and night. The apartment was well equipment Kitchen and clean spaces. Spacious parkingspot for even a big car. We're coming back, thanks Marko! 😊

We loved having a private patio and pool. We used the kitchen a lot and had a great time here. The hosts were super helpful and we responsive. I'd recommend having a rental car here as the road to get here is steep at times. The view was so wonderful and was a big reason we decided to stay here as well.

Everything was so nice with this place! The house’s owner was Marko’s dad and he was very helpful, friendly with everything. He checked us in and gave us simple helpful instructions, he also prepared a fruit plate and 2 beers for our arrival, that was already the cutest! He invited us for wines and checked on us if everything was good. We also had a really nice breakfast in his place one morning. He made this experience better. The house is very modern and tidy, everything was very clean. You have a personal parking spot for yourself and the house has 2 terrace with incredible views. Thank you for everything, sehr gerne wieder!

We had a very nice stay in Petars flat. It was clean, newly renovated and fitted our expectations from the pictures. The communication was uncomplicated.

Dijana und Dragan waren supernette Hosts, haben mir sehr freundlich Orientierung über die Möglichkeiten rundum gegeben und waren mit allem behilflich. Sie waren immer erreichbar und wir hatten einen wirklich netten Kontakt. Sie stellten mir auch ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung, mit dem ich gut die Umgebung erkunden konnte. Der Platz gab mir viel ruhigen Freiraum und der Blick von dem wunderbaren Balkon ist atemberaubend schön. Das kleine Studio ist liebevoll und sauber hergerichtet. Der Ort bietet nette Möglichkeiten zu essen und es gibt einige schöne Strände. Perfekt für ein paar schöne Inseltage.

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, es cómodo, luminoso y está muy bien equipado. También estaba muy limpio. Además está muy cerca del centro comercial del que salen autobuses gratuitos hacia el puerto y tiene un supermercado grande, nos pareció súper útil. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen getroffen wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das gegenüberliegende Ufer und das Meet war jeden Morgen beim Frühstücken ein Highlight. Das Meer ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und auch die Fähre nach Split ist in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants und Strände. Niki hat uns einige Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem war er für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen, wenn benötigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Very good place to stay overnight, close to Split and clean rooms.

The location is perfect, just 1 minute from the beach, 7-10 min from the old town and playground. The apartment is clean and big enough for 2 adults and toddler. There is a small patio in front of apartment. Communication with Anka was easy and responsive. Parking is a big plus.
