Vacation rentals with beach access in Gornja Brela

We had a wonderful stay in Makarska! The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt like home from the moment we arrived. It was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed: a hairdryer, hair straightener, washing machine and dishwasher pods, coffee pods, bin bags, cleaning sprays, and a drying rack. All the appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, etc.) were high-quality and worked perfectly. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the couch was super cozy. Parking was also a breeze, which was a big plus. A couple of minor improvements could be made. The Wi-Fi, at 10mbps, was a bit slow for anything beyond streaming Netflix, and a frying pan would have been a great addition to the kitchen. Also, a heads-up for future guests: the apartment is at the top of a hill, so the last 100m could be challenging for those with mobility issues or knee problems. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is, the house is stunning and unique in its location and direst access to the sea! I was dubious when I saw all of the positive reviews but this home truly exceeds expectations. It’s beautiful, has great facilities and the beds are SO comfortable and the aircon works really well so it’s always cool. We did struggle to get around without a car but we were recommended a wonderful taxi driver who took us around everywhere! Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back again soon! Sandra was a fantastic Host. The place was pristine, and the location was close to the beach. We had multiple swims and enjoyed staying in a brand new apartment that had all the amenitites. The location is brilliant as it is good for families and couples. It is also a wonderful place to write which I did. The views from the apartment are of the sea - which is so restful. I would definately stay here again - however, from NZ it is a long way! Thanks for the lovey place Sandra Claire

We stayed for 3 nights at Bojana’s beautiful and peaceful property. The panoramic view was beautiful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided everything you could possibly need. A big thank you too to Bojana who was very responsive from the outset to departure. Giving us lots of local information on arrival and she very kindly collected us from the ferry port too. All in all a lovely stay and would definitely come back. Thank you.

Wow! First of all, the house is right next to the sea with a gorgeous patio and breathtaking views. You enter through a stunning garden, up a few steps to the terrace with the garden view and then enter to a spacious, airy space that has nice decor and everything you need. Beautiful beaches are just steps away. Walk around the corner to the harbor and a choice of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee shops. Postira is a charming, historic, clean island village. I would absolutely visit again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Garten wie auch die Lage am Strand. In der Saison ist sicher sehr Aktion an der schönen Promenade und es ist klar eine der gehobeneren Umgebungen. Das Haus mit den verschiedenen Wohnungen ist sehr schön restauriert, sehr sauber und mit viel Stil eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und von der Straße bekommt man kaum etwas mit. Ein wunderschöner kleiner Strand ist 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt, hier waren wir teilweise ganz alleine. Würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub buchen :)

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen, sauberen Villa. Der Gastgeber war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Er gab uns wertvolle Empfehlungen für ein hervorragendes Restaurant in der Nähe, was unseren Aufenthalt kulinarisch bereichert hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass er uns einen Parkplatz direkt am Strand organisiert hat. Normalerweise kostet dieser 15€ pro Tag, aber dank der Kennzeichenerfassung durften wir kostenlos parken. Der Parkplatz liegt ideal, direkt an einer langen Promenade mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Villa selbst ist ein wahrer Rückzugsort – ruhig, idyllisch gelegen und perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Whirlpool war ein Highlight, ideal zum Abschalten nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Jättefint och stort boende med privat pool. Allt du behövde fanns på boendet, super smidig in och ut checkning och väldigt trevlig värd! Allt var också rent och rummen var stora och fräscha.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Martins Apartment und konnten spontan um eine Nacht verlängern. 😊 Das Apartment liegt direkt am Strand und es wurden auch Liegen für den Strand bereitgestellt. Der Ort ist einfach traumhaft und sehr ruhig gelegen. Es gibt tolle Wanderwege an der Küste. Martin und seine Familie sind tolle Gastgeber. Wann immer wir ein Problem hatten, halfen uns Martin oder seine entzückenden Eltern sofort. Sie stellten uns sogar eine Krabbelmatte für unser Baby zur Verfügung.

Mieszkalismy w Chorwacji w miejscach luksusowych i zawsze bylo cos nie tak. Po raz pierwszy od 8 lat znalezlismy miejsce gdzie doslownie wszytko gralo. Gospodarz Branka i rodzina byli najsympatyczniejszymi ludzmi ktorych spotkalismy w Chorwacji. Mieszkanie mialo dosloslownie wszystko, bylo czyste i klimatyczne. Branka wlozyla serce w kazdy detal oraz przyjela nas z niesamowita goscinnoscia. Dwa razy podczas pobytu dostalismy chyba najlepsza focaccie jaka jedlismy z wlasnorecznie robionym humusem. W lodowce czakala na nas rakija i dwa lokalne piwa. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce. Szczegolnie wlascicielom psow. Branka dziekujemy bardzo za goscine.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen vor Ort und wurden bereits am Anreisetag sehr freundlich von Mira (der Gastgeberin/Vermieterin) empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr schön und auch sehr sauber. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt, was bei der freundlichen und netten Begrüßung kein Wunder war. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir auch eine Käse und Wurstplatte vor als Begrüßungsgeschenk. Mira war zu jeder Zeit immer erreichbar für uns und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. So ein herzlicher Mensch! Wir würden diese Unterkunft und vor allem auch die Gastgeberin immer wieder gerne besuchen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft mit vollstem Herzen weiter! Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder ! :)

This was an amazing stay! Exactly what I was looking for- private, peaceful and beautiful. The view was amazing from the room and then you go down to the private beach and its just serene. On the way down to the beach Damir let us feed the tortoises! Might be silly but that was definitely the highlight they are so cute. We really appreciate this experience and recommend everyone to come stay if you are looking for relaxation. I will warn though you should probably rent a car for this stay, its better so you can come and go as you please and not wait so long for public transportation. We also enjoyed driving around the mountains and seeing the Centina River Canyon and its not a bad drive to Split and other places!

Kurz Version: Lage MEGA! Ausstattung top! Kommunikation freundlich und super! Extrem erholsam. Bucht sofort, wenn es verfügbar ist. Längere Version: Das Grundstück und Haus liegt absolut abgelegen in völliger Ruhe und Natur. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und hochwertig! Der Kunstrasen auf dem Badminton/Volleyball/Fussballfeld ist der hochwertigste Kunstrasen auf dem ich war. Es gibt eine Karaokeanlage am Pool die einfach super ist. Die Außenküche und "Grillstube" ist hervorragend. Die Buggys machen viel Spaß. Das Wasser am Strand ist unglaublich klar und lädt zum tauchen ein. Es war alles super sauber. Grillkohle, Airsoft Guns, Buggys und Fahrräder waren im tadellosen Zustand und gehören zum Haus dazu. Die 3 Terrassen waren lagen perfekt und das Außenmobiliar, passend und bequem und von guter Qualität. Ein netter kleiner Ort mit Restaurants und Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Es war wirklich hervorragend. Vielen, vielen Dank für alles🙏🏼

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
