This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly. Starting in 2025, we will allow 1 dog without charge. You will be charged $40/stay for a second dog. Please supply information on breed and size.

Upon entry of camp you will be met with a welcoming home like feel. The only thing you will need are drinking water and sleeping bags. Bunks are fitted with clean linens. Come! My place is close to three major ski areas including Sunday River in Bethel. Grafton Notch state park is only 15 miles away and the Appalachian trail passes through Andover in two locations. There are trails for hiking, biking, ATV, snowmobile or horseback riding. There are places to fish, swim, canoe or kayak all within a short drive. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness.
