Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

Our accommodation is conveniently located whether you want to enjoy the beaches (10 min drive, beach bus 3 min), the hinterland or the nearby Camargue, we are very close to the highway exit and the beach road (300 m). Your access to the accommodation will be easy whether you come by car (free parking) or train (bus stop for the train station at the foot of the building). The historic center is easily accessible in less than 10 minutes by bus or bike, 15/20 minutes on foot

Our accommodation with an equipped kitchen is reserved for you. It overlooks the Pont du Diable, and has exceptional views of our authentic landscapes. The terrace and a relaxation area will help you suspend time. A beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, and a bedroom with bay window overlooking a superb view. All air-conditioned. La Grange de Pradelou: Ciels Room

Calm and friendliness are the key words of the house. Guests can relax in this country-style bed and breakfast while enjoying the attractions of Lake Naussac (outdoor sports and water sports), and walks in the beautiful landscapes of the region. We offer evening meals at the table d'hôte for a supplement payable on site at €18/person, to be booked in advance. Meals partly made with products from our organic farm.

Accommodation + chalet by the stream

On the garden level of our house (we live upstairs) discover a small independent cocoon bathed in calm and greenery, for a peaceful break. The 1st accommodation is equipped with 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 1.60, 1 living room with sofa bed, a bathroom, 1 summer kitchen, and 1 swimming pool. The small chalet is 10 meters from the house, it includes: 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, 1 terrace.

Private room with breakfast

Breakfast included with homemade jams. Bedroom with independent entrance. Private bathroom and toilet located in a detached house in a residential area. We offer the possibility of using our kitchen and of course access to the pool during the summer and the garden all year round. We also provide a crib and high chair. The same applies to our washing machine and dryer.

Stream cottage.

The Gite du Ruisseau is located in an isolated farmhouse in the heart of the Cévennes National Park. It consists of three different places: A main room. Kitchen and living room, a relaxation office room and a bedroom. A door gives access to the private terrace. You also have access to other terraces to share, as well as the stream where you can cool off.
