Jerry's house is amazing and the backyard is incredible. He was attentive to our needs and quick to respond to my questions. There is a lot to do outside and a great pool table inside. The pool temperature was perfect for us. Spacious and very comfortable. Definitely would rent the house again if we come back to the area.

I’ve stayed in some wonderful Airbnbs in the past, but Trish’s place was above and beyond! The kitchen was beautifully stocked with thoughtful amenities like coffee, water, muffins, snacks and thoughtful Mother’s Day flowers, card and chocolate covered strawberries. We loved this place and really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. For 2 people I’d heartily recommend Trish’s place.

Eric was a great host and was always communicative for all questions. The house was beautiful! It was perfectly decorated and furnished. This was a great home for our family to stay and be incredibly comfortable. There are many toys for all-ages of kids and my girls were very happy about that! The pool was very clean and patio furniture was very comfortable (and new). The outdoor firepit was great for our family to sit outside and enjoy a lovely evening outside talking and connecting. I would very much like to book again! The home was perfectly located just doors away from our parent's home. Very convenient and one of our best vacations!

The location is fantastic with the accessible lakes, mountains and facilities nearby, all set in a friendly community. Although I didn't meet the hosts, I felt like I knew them. They were responsive, friendly and very helpful. The casita had nice extras (water, snacks) and was modern with good wifi and a convenient layout. They are very conscious of the environment (roof top solar panels). The area is residential, easy street parking, minutes from a golf course (I played there) and easy access to highway, shopping and restaurants.

Absolutely perfect place to stay for a little “mom break”. It was gorgeous and plenty of lounge chairs at all times of the day. The bed and pillows were high quality. I could hear others coming and going but they were very considerate and it wasn’t any more than you’d expect from a hotel. The only small issue was lack of response when I asked to double check that the pool would be open, which was the primary reason for booking. Other than that it was an absolute dream!
