This is a lovely, clean little home in peaceful scenic rural America. A very comfortable home with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a laundry room, and a pool table. Also a nice yard, large raspberry patch. The area is a must for birdwatchers. Chase lake and Arrowood National Wildlife Refuges are close by. It is also a very popular spot for waterfoul and upland game hunters. There is a cafe and bar in town. Groceries and other necessities can be obtained in Jamestown or Carrington both about 40 mi.

Lakes close to Wing include Mitchell Lake, Lake Josephine, Lake Helen and Woodhouse Lake. Hunters come from all over US to hunt for pheasants, grouse, crane and geese. Located in the heart of the prairie pothole region with excellent hunting. Just over an hour in each direction to Bismarck, Minot, Devil's Lake, and Jamestown. House was built in the 1950s but has new furnace, water heater, and electrical. Three window AC units for summer.
