A former miller's house, here is the annex of a vast mansion nestled by the river Touvre. Located 5 min by car from Angouleme train station, this charming house adjoining our loft has 2 levels. On the ground floor, kitchen open to comfortable living room. Large shower room also at this level. Upstairs, south facing bedroom and picturesque window to the garden (140x190 bed). Access to the Atelier Bourlion's shared pool. A stone's throw from the Flow bike path.

The Logis des Gabariers in Plaizac (16170) offers you to stay in one of its two charming fully equipped cottages. The cottage has a large living room kitchen area, two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and toilet. You will find peace and comfort in this charming cottage in the heart of the Brasserie des Gabariers, in the small quiet village of Plaizac, 5 minutes from Rouillac. You will have a garden area just for you and access to the Logis swimming pool.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.
