On a hillside amidst the beautiful cognac vineyards of south Charente this lovely private house forms part of a former vineyard property. A perfect hideaway for a relaxing visit, the 120m2 house is spacious, peaceful and ideally placed for exploring this lovely region.

Calm and elegant place to rest. New house located in a dead end. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms upstairs. Each of the rooms is equipped with a shower and 2 beds. The entrance, the kitchen and the toilet are common areas that you will share with your family. Sheets and bath towels provided. Broadband WiFi (fiber). We are 5 minutes from the train station. Possibility to park for free 50m from the house. On the ground floor, there is my personal and private accommodation.

The Beauséjour gîte (170 m2) with terrace, is located 7 km from Angoulême, in a peaceful hamlet, close to another gîte. Shared access to the swimming pool (5x10) Description: 1 living room with kitchen of 75 m2, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 x 200, 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 120 x 190, 2 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. A former miller's house, here is the annex of a vast mansion nestled by the river Touvre. Located 5 min by car from Angouleme train station, this charming house adjoining our loft has 2 levels. On the ground floor, kitchen open to comfortable living room. Large shower room also at this level. Upstairs, south facing bedroom and picturesque window to the garden (140x190 bed). Access to the Atelier Bourlion's shared pool. A stone's throw from the Flow bike path.

The house is in a quiet hamlet, between Jauldes and Brie. You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you

The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.
