This cozy modern Spanish style studio feels like a 1 bedroom and offers a memory foam queen bed, a memory foam queen pull out couch, a full kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, and a beautiful yard with a private patio dining area. Ideal for a couple but can squeeze in up to 4 if you don't mind tight quarters! Located on Santa Barbara's bustling east side, conveniently close to the 101, it's minutes to everything - the beach, Coast Village Montecito, the Funk Zone, and downtown Santa Barbara!

Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful place. Small cabana with a private deck and hot tub. This place is perfect for guests that just want to get away for a day or two. Soak in the hot tub and gaze at the night sky. The cabana is small but has everything you need. Comfortable, queen sized bed, full bathroom, WiFi. Please note, there is no TV. We do have a dog but he is on the other side of the fence.
