The guest apartment has it's own private entrance, and has a beautiful mountain view from a shared patio and backyard space. The apartment shares one wall with our main house, but is completely separate. The space will comfortably fit two adults. There are two floor mattresses and a pack and play included if the adults are traveling with children (no extra charge). The neighborhood is safe, clean, and just outside of town at the base of the Hualapai Mountains.

It is a little off the highway and about 10 minutes from any food and drink, but is in a safe and cute neighborhood. The room is attached to Janet’s home, but they do not have access to the room if you lock it. They give you your privacy and make you feel comfortable. There are clear signs of where to go once you are on the property, and the room is comfortable and sparkling clean. It is also incredibly affordable. Should I ever pass through Kingman again, I would love to come back and stay here.”
