Our house has charm and a nice vibe, guests tell us the house feels homey. We are international travelers with an interest in Ballarat gold history so we have decorated our home accordingly. When making a standard booking for 1 - 2 people, you have access to one bedroom - the main bedroom has a queen bed with sitting area. For an additional fee, there is a second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom off the lounge room has a small double (3/4) bed that can be opened.

Rosie’s cottage is an ideal getaway. You can choose to be busy bike riding or sightseeing up Mt Buninyong. Set in an idyllic bush setting there are also opportunities to enjoy leisurely bush walks, a bike ride or a stroll to the local coffee shops. Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed. Enjoy the fantastic location this "love shack" is set in - explore the area, see lots of wildlife and take a break from the city! Set on the edge of a national park, there are lots of walks & bike riding trails around. You are welcome to pat, feed and play with the horses. There are also push bikes and fishing rods you can use.
