We absolutely loved our stay at Geraldine’s gorgeous home. It was warm, spacious, and inviting—perfect for our trip to Ballarat during the tournament when the weather outside was anything but kind. The beds were comfortable and warm, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The house was spotless and clearly very well looked after, with thoughtful family memorabilia throughout that added character without feeling cluttered. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we didn’t need to second-guess whether to bring basics like salt, tea, or coffee. Geraldine had everything covered, including a beautiful welcome basket and a generous supply of cleaning products. All in all, this cozy, welcoming home made our stay truly memorable. We’ll definitely look back on our time here with great fondness. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my time (4 nights) at Cardigan st. Comfy couches, glorious shower, wonderful location and everything you need. Really appreciated the flexibility Traci gave me around bed choice (based on my bad back.)

I would highly recommend Cath’s place for anyone looking for a cozy stay in the area. The property was delightful, the cottage completely charming and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need! This was one of the most well kept and thoughtfully designed Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. On top of this, Cath is so friendly, helpful and very welcoming!

What a beautiful cosy place to stay! Well decorated, and clutter-free. Comfortable furniture and clear entry instructions made for an easy family stay. A few small things like fumbling our way around the ducted gas heating and malfunctioning external sensor light were all we could report. Would recommend this cute place to all looking for a private stay.

Great property that was warm and cozy on a chilly long weekend. Everything was well considered to ensure we had a lovely stay. We had a fabulous stay at Sailors Falls Estate! Margaret and Robert were so helpful and the villa was very comfortable. We found the nearby Daylesford attractions easy to get to but also enjoyed relaxing at the villa with a lovely wine from the cellar door!

I loved Renee and Izy’s place. Perfect location (short walk onto the Main Street, and up to the Convent). The heating was great, the bed was comfy. Thanks so much.

Annie was friendly and helpful, happy to offer up some advice as a local to help us navigate the weekend as well as some extra info left inside should we need it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Miles' airbnb unit. We were there as part of a basketball tournament, and it rained throughout the long weekend, but the unit was warm, cosy and spacious enough to allow myself and two kids to feel right at home. Highlights included the coffee pod machine, complimentary small treats that the children enjoyed, and the convenience of nearby shops that were just across the road. On top of this, I inadvertently left behind something after checking out, and Miles went out of his way to get it back to me asap. I very much recommend both Miles as a host and this unit as a great place to stay.

This location was very convenient, and easy to access all of the local area at a walking distance.

So impressed with Lisa’s place. Was just like staying at a friend’s house. Funky and comfortable decor, everything clean and functional, kitchen fully equipped including dishwasher, great tv and lots of games and books for kids and big kids. Couldn’t fault it. Oh and the beds are very comfy and it’s nice and quiet. This was our first trip to Ballarat and the location was a great base- we would love to stay again!

This place was perfect for our quick overnight visit. Exactly as described and presented immaculately. Right across the road from our restaurant booking for the evening. Suited us down to the ground.

Jason was very responsive and communicative. House had everything we needed for a family. Nice big couches to chill on in between games in the Ballarat tournament. Decorated beautifully. Flexible with check out times which was handy with our weekend schedule.
