It has a separate bedroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed as well as a well equipped kitchen. A balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Parking is available free of charge directly in front of the door. Beach, supermarket, bakery and cozy restaurants are within walking distance.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
