You have a 100-year-old house and a large 7000m2 plot with access to the forest. The house consists of 6 rooms (18 beds), a kitchen , 4 bathrooms with showers, and a 35m2 fireplace room. In our offer, we have a service of a thick relaxing bath in a chat (so-called), a wood-burning sauna, and a graduation tower. SERVICES ARE CHARGED EXTRA. There are also several bikes available. The property is located in Natura 2000, there is an 8km bike path to the sandy beach on the Szczecin Lagoon.

Tap water thanks to modern house filtering in spring water quality. Floor heating in the bathrooms, ceiling heating in all other rooms. And it's all by geothermal heat. A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!
