This is a studio apartment with independent entrance in a detached house. This house is located on a very pretty, quiet street at the wall of horse racing. A totally unique place. The apartment has an entrance hall, room, bathroom, mini kitchen, warderobe and a terrace. Very comfortable for 1 - 4 people. There is an extra payment of 10 euro for the third and fourth person as well as for the second one that needs a separate bed. For a dog the additional fee is 20 pln per day.

My in-laws had a wonderful stay at this place. It was their first time ever staying at an AirBnB and because of the great experience, this won't be their last. It is on a peaceful, quiet road and close to Konstancin. Clean space, comfortable beds, easy check-in and cozy spaces. Marta was very responsive to our questions and very helpful in the whole process. The only suggestion would be to add a TV, but if you have your laptop, you can connect that to the screen and see whatever you need. Thank you, Marta. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great deal! Cheap, nice room in the center of Warsaw

Magdalena is such an excellent host. She is very communicative since the first time I kept in touch with her and has provided me clear instructions about check in and was also so kind to let me check in earlier than the designated time. Besides, she let me wash my clothes during my stay which I think it's a great gesture on her part and helped me a lot go travelling further. Her apartment is an old classic Polish building which might sound a bit dated as described, but I felt really good during my stay. The only "issue" I had was the noise coming from the main avenue where it lies, however: Magdalena warned about it and I knew it in advance. By closing the windows, It didn't bother me at all, even though it was hot during the night shift. Anyway, it is worth it, as the location is perfect to go to everywhere or coming from/to the airport and the West Bus Station as well as sightseeing. Therefore, I truly recommend her place to anyone interested in travelling to Warsaw.

The entrance is framed by lush greenery, featuring various plants and a potted flower arrangement. A welcome mat is positioned at the entrance door, leading into the interior space, which is visible through a glass sliding door.

Nice stay, thanks to Małgorzata! The place is small but has necessary amenities - hot water, grill, patio, TV with YouTube. It's quiet despite being near the airport. We got advice on free parking, which is useful as there's only one bus to town/shops. A 40-minute walk gets you to Lidl, Rossmann, Action, Pepco and other stores. Don't expect brand new repairs - it's more like a village house. Bring mosquito repellent, they're bothersome at bedtime.

An absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was clean, modern and very conveniently located. Communication was smooth and responsive, making our arrival very easy. Apartment as described. It is really very clean and well-maintained. We won't find dust there :) Everything is new, well-maintained and undamaged. Two TVs, Internet, two independent air conditioners and a large balcony. When closed, the windows cut us off from the noise of the streets. Parking space in the underground garage and the entrance to the building guarded by security. One of the best apartments in Warsaw I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. :)
