We are excited to share our family’s beloved beach condo with you! This 2 bed /2 bath, ocean front condo is located on the King & Prince Beach Resort property. It is stocked with all the beach-going necessities, plus a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a large family living room perfect to relax in after a day at the beach or to cozy up in during the wintertime. Guests will enjoy access to the South Villa private pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Please message with any questions!

The kitchen has been overhauled and features quartz countertops and farm house sink. ***This listing is for the downstairs unit at this duplex.*** The unit boasts two bedrooms with one king sized bed and the other being a queen with generous sized closets.
