Only 5 minutes away there is a bakery, a butcher, a vegetable garden, a supermarket, a hairdresser, eateries and much more.

You have at your disposal a living room with a box spring couch sleeping function (very comfortable, no back pain), here you will also find a mobile workspace and an adjoining balcony (incl. Balcony furniture), the bathroom incl. Tub, the hallway, and the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is a complete non-smoking apartment and animals are not allowed as I am severely allergic. Deep garage space is included in the price.
