Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

This 3 bedroom/4 bed/2 bathroom home, built in 2021, features views of the River Derwent from the deck. Inside there is reverse cycle airconditioning (heating) in the open plan living/dining and automated heating in bedrooms to keep the Tassie chill away while you sleep. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, while the laundry has a washer & dryer for longer stays. We provide 50mbps fibre NBN and a giant 75" TV for movie nights. Woolies and many other stores are under 5mins away by car.

We had a lovely stay at Jay’s place. It was clean and warm, and we had everything we needed. There was a lovely welcome basket with extras we didn’t expect which was very thoughtful. Kitchen was great, rooms comfortable, efficient heating, with 2 lovely bathrooms. Plenty of space for 5 adults. Clear and simple instructions for check in and using the home. Gorgeous views from all upstairs over a wintery river derwent 👌🏼

Alice and Jack were so welcoming, their little garden stay accommodation was a beautiful safe and warm spot for us to have a weekend away. We thoroughly enjoyed this little hideaway and felt comfortable in the spacious rooms. The bed was comfortable and warm, the electric blankets were definitely needed as I think we picked the coldest weekend so far weather wise! If we were heading to Hobart again for another stay we would absolutely book this little treasure of a spot again, we just loved it! Thanks so much to Alice, Jack and little Pipi too :)

If I said I would put this place in my pool room, a few would understand, but the actual serenity was unbelievable. We arrived, slightly stressed, extremely tired on my part, to an oasis of calm. From my first night on the deck with a glass of bubbles, to my last with a cup of tea, I felt welcomed and at home. It was lovely. Wendy and Malcolm are wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure to meet them.

A dining table is adorned with decorative elements, including a tall lantern and a vase filled with neutral-toned flowers. Candles are set up nearby, contributing to a serene ambiance. A decorative mirror reflects soft light in the background, enhancing the inviting setting.

We had a great stay at Andy’s place. Clean and tidy place with a slice of bay view. Close to MONA which was the highlight of our trip. Andy was very helpful and responsive in answering all our questions. Would definitely come back again

Andy’s place is hands down the cleanest airbnb we’ve stayed so far. We spent two nights here with my in-laws and 2 yo daughter. I highly recommend this to anyone travelling with small kids. The floor is spotless and we can let our toddler play games on the floor. The detailed instruction is definitely worth it and everyone should follow. Location wise it’s such an ease too, 4 mins drive to MONA, 10 mins to city centre.

beautiful place with high ceilings and double height glass so you get the views from any angle. everything was clean, new, high-spec and well thought-out. we loved the fireplace, looking out over the bay from the couch amd the bath. the space exceeded our expectations.
