Cozy 430 sq ft, 1 bed/1 bath unit attached to our new garage- like the garage, the construction in this is also new! Queen & twin bed in bedroom & loveseat is a pull-out. Has Keurig, drip, KCups, coffee, microwave, air fryer & pizza oven. The one AC/heat split unit in the living room is comfy. A 55" Roku TV has Netflix & Hulu. Nonsmoking indoors & out. **Garage use can be arranged for hunting dogs, ask about it! We are laid-back, if you need something, just ask! We are happy to oblige! :)

This house is located on our farm in adjacent with our family house surrounded by crop and pasture land. Our road is a 5 mile gravel road that comes to a dead end to our property. Welcome both workers or hunters looking for a place to stay.
