Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

It was a privilege to stay in an iconic cottage like sarahs cottage as bikers we all enjoyed the stay and the island . Will be back again soon hopefully we can stay in sarahs again . loads of room to park clean and tidy cottage. no problems at all. top marks 👌. short drive to douglas harbour so nice and easy to get to cottage. Roy was kind enough to leave wine and water for us and was easy to contact should we have needed him top marks for a very comfortable and clean cottage to stay in Roy thanks once again.

Genuinely one of the best experiences I've had using this platform. Jane & her husband were the loveliest people to stay with - Super friendly and went above & beyond the call of duty to accommodate our needs. We got rained out for much of the stay and they helped us in every way possible, giving us maximum flexibility (incl. helping me with my old Ducati which was having the usual issues in the wet!). But perhaps most importantly, they made us feel at home straight from the start - it was like we were visiting our own family. Would 11/10 recommend to anyone visiting the island. We'll be sure to stay ourselves again for our next visit!

Ireen and Eric were very welcoming and helpful (and have a great knowledge about the island). The apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, a good pub is in walking distance and it's a 30 min walk to the beach promenade.

A hot tub is featured under a wooden structure, surrounded by a wooden fence. Bubbles rise in the water, reflecting the outdoor light. A rustic bar area with corrugated metal accents is visible to one side, providing an inviting atmosphere for relaxation.

This is our first B&B stays . This stays make us to future hunting to stay in B&B. Turkey treetop cottage is very high standard. it’s suitable for all ages. Environment is clean and quit as well. Host Fiona is very helpful and friendly and her Husband Tony as well.if we plan to visit Isle of Man we will surely book the cottage again. we also will recommend our friends and relatives if they plan to visit Isle of Man.
