We loved our stay! The house has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Although it’s older it’s great to have the pool, and there are lovely shaded areas outside too. Would happily recommend or stay again - thank you!

A wonderful home in a beautiful location with stunning views. We particularly enjoyed the pool, spa and being able to walk to amazing restaurants and wine bar. Sally and Wayne were friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommend staying

We loved our stay at Swim, Sun, Sleep, Repeat! The house was immaculate but also very homely. The location was in a quiet suburb of Nelson but backed onto open countryside ideal for walking out .The Sprig & Fern pub had just opened only 10 minutes walk away which was very handy when we wanted somewhere local to eat. It was a great location overall as Abel Tasman Park was only an hour away and there was plenty to visitmore locally . We loved the layout of the house with all three bedrooms at the back of the house. We understand music room could also be used as a fourth bedroom but this would need arranging ahead. The lovely upstairs lounge has an amazing view in the morning sunshine. The kitchen was very well equipped ( although we couldn’t find any kitchen scissors) We loved the modern appliances especially double dishwasher. Great pool and hot tub s. Equally the family left a great selection of games .We would love to stay again if we were ever back in New Zealand - an amazing home

On arrival the bach was unfortunately not ready for us, but this was due to an oversight by the cleaner, not Emma. Emma was super quick to respond and very apologetic when we messaged about it and couldn't have been more prompt in getting things resolved which we really appreciated. After this initial blip we loved our four night stay here. The bach feels like the best of both worlds - an old family bach and the charm that comes with that, made even better with significant modernising updates like the massive glass doors, and all the other mod cons and extras (big fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer, heatpump/AC, Chromecast, etc). It is off the beaten track and feels so peaceful and private. Being so close to the sea is a real treat. We would love to come back some time in the warmer months so we can make the most of the amazing outdoor areas and pool! (just a bit too chilly for us softies to swim in it at this time of year... we did love the outdoor fireplace though!). :)

This was our second stay at Bex & Nicks place. Again it was great for us being a large group with kids. Heaps of toys, bikes and space to keep the kids occupied. While also being a great place for an the adults. Its a beautiful place, that feels very quiet and peaceful tucked away on the hillside, but it's still very close to the city centre.

Nicky is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful, and has been very thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more) for a lovely stay. Walking distance to parks and the beach. Thoroughly recommend.

Paul’s house and setting matched our expectations from the listing. It was very clean, tidy, spacious, warm and nicely furnished. The lounge, dining and kitchen area looked out across the garden to the beach. Unfortunately it rained for most of our short stay so we didn’t take as much advantage of the outdoor setting and facilities as we might have otherwise done. Despite that our party of 4 adults and 3 children all enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very welcoming and were quick to answer any queries we had.

What a beautiful location! The home was quite large and perfect for our large family. Vicki was very responsive and kind -a great host. We did arrive to an abnormally cold snap in Nelson, but we're able to warm up with the wood stove in the living room. There were plenty of warm blankets for sleeping. We used the one portable electric heater in the bedroom where we had our infant in a crib (since she couldn't bundle up) and it worked great! We would certainly book again!

Smyth's home was a complete oasis for our month stay, we always looked forward heading back here at the end of the day! Beautiful scenery and lots of open space around. Smyth was very friendly and accommodating, couldn't have asked for a better home or host for our time in the Nelson-Tasman area - we felt right at home!

Luxury accommodation at a great price! The suite was stunning and had magnificent views. Sue did a great job putting the place together and making it so lovely! If we are ever back in the area we would certainly stay again!

The house was incredibly clean and well decorated. It had all the amenities you need for a weekend away. We loved the outdoor seating area to enjoy the sunshine. An easy drive into the city as well as local vineyards and restaurants. The lockbox made check in and out super easy. We will be back again!

We stayed at The Barn for my partner’s birthday. Loved the outdoor bath, the location, the ducks (especially our one friend who would visit us every day). The beach access path made the National Park feel like a private extension of our little home. There weren’t a lot of options nearby for food as many places close for winter so I’d recommend grabbing groceries in a nearby town before heading in. The Barn had a small general store & we had the best burgers at Fat Tui nearby. The staff & the scenery were fantastic and we are excited to come back in the future for another stay. Thank you!

Coastal Bliss Cottage was absolutely perfect, as was the beautiful setting of the surrounding property. Beatrice has thought of everything to make her guests relaxed and comfortable. The place was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Our yummy breakfasts under the pergola were such a treat and we enjoyed our conversations with Beatrice and Yves, who made us feel most welcome. While the cottage is in a peaceful location, we found it was within easy reach of cafes, restaurants and numerous activities in nearby Mapua and beyond in Motueka and Nelson. We highly recommend this delightful cottage as one of the best AirBnBs we’ve stayed at and would love to return one day.

Such a hidden gem to stay at in Nelson! Leah has done an amazing job renovating the old house and created a perfect place to stay while in Nelson. Close to the centre and lots of nice bars. Really enjoyed staying here!

She is supremely helpful and has created a true paradise, from the exquisite garden terrace overlooking Nelson‘s river; to the spacious, tasteful interior; to the stocking of the apartment with everything you’ll need for a great stay. Trudy has overlooked nothing, and has created a fantastic base for exploring the great city of Nelson and beyond — right across from a beautiful city park and museum cafe; within walkable distance to other great coffee shops and restaurants; on the doorstep of the city’s popular river walk; and within easy striking distance of Pelorus Bridge Scenic Reserve and Abel Tasman National Park. And don’t forget the city’s Saturday market, one of the best you’ll see in NZ. Thanks for a wonderful stay Trudy!

Absolutely loved our stay here. It is so nice being able to walk to the city centre, great coffee at Bobby Franks and towards the waterfront the other way. We were 6 adults and all had our space comfortably with the inside and outside areas. Safe and friendly neighbourhood. Highly recommend

We had English relatives with us and a 2 year old and everyone was impressed. Nessie loved all the toys and we forgot the pram but there was a buggy for us to use!

This is such a beautiful place and makes a great home base!! It’s only a few minutes outside Takaka, so it’s remote and peaceful but easy to get to town for supplies. The all wood cabin feel was so homey and it was nice to have a yard to walk barefoot in. Loved this stay!!

This place is a gem. We had such a great stay. The location was perfect, a beautiful part of the country and so peaceful. We enjoyed waking to the tui's in the trees out front. The house was cosy and had everything we need. Great host and very responsive. We will be back.
