Attractive condo with easy access, no stairs... perfect for seniors! Located on well maintained grounds approximately 1 mile away from casino resort. Easy level parking. One bedroom with queen, also a sofa bed in the living area that connects w/kitchenette. Save money by cooking in. Balcony looks out on trees with a creek and ducks below. Electronic lock access for easy check in/out. No WiFi. Condo does have heating, cooling, fireplace, cable, towels, and plates/pans/utensils for cooking.

Gabriel’s place was perfect for what we needed! It’s located close to grocery stores and only a few minutes drive from all the shops and restaurants. But also far enough from the main road that you don’t hear traffic or too much noise. The place was spacious with plenty of seating and gathering areas. The backyard alone will keep this place on my list for an extended stay - with ample seating, corn hole, a pool table just off the patio area, bbq amenities. It’s definitely worth booking again!

Steven’s home was exactly what we needed and so much more. From the stunning views and peaceful natural surroundings to the immaculate, well-equipped home, everything exceeded our expectations. Steven was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. My mom is already talking about planning our next visit. We can’t wait to stay again!

Absolutely wonderful place!! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with the host was smooth and prompt. The house looked brand new and was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for our family. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with downtown within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend this place enough. Rural Retreat @ the N40 with a Bunkhouse to Boot!

Rebecca's North 40 Retreat is special and so is Rebecca. I don't have enough superlatives to recommend the North 40, Bunk house, and the Stinky Hoof. we stayed here last year and this year was even better. We were pet free this year, although it's set up to manage 1 or 2 pets easily. She has many activities for you to enjoy, from a beautiful pool table to corn hole and giant Jenga, to darts. The beds are comfy and there is plenty of hot water for showers. The place was very clean when we arrived. Rebecca is a very communicative hostess. I hope to come back again and again! I hesitate to be as glowing as I want, because I selfishly want the North 40 to be available.

We loved our stay at Desiree's condo. It was perfect for my family of 4 and close to the baseball fields we played at. We will definitely be staying here next time we're in Ruidoso!
