Welcome to our beautiful, fully renovated cottage located in Notre Dame de Riez. This 40 m2 independent accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally located in a quiet area and close to the sea, the beach is a 15-minute drive away and the city center of Notre-Dame-de-Riez is less than 1 km away. Bed and bath linens are not included in the booking but can be provided upon request at a price of €10. For your parking, a large space is available in front of the house.

Ideally located in a secure residence, 200 m from the dunes and the beach. Area 37 m², fully equipped kitchen (oven, classic coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, blender, induction stove, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster) one bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room, numbered parking space, TV, terrace, electric barbecue. Apartment on the ground floor. Numbered parking space. Downtown 1.5 km away (20-25 minute walk). Bike path 100 meters away.

2-bedroom beachfront apartment – Large Beach

My accommodation (located on the 2nd floor without elevator access) is close to shops, the city center, bike paths. You'll love my place because of the ocean view. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). I would like to point out again that on weekdays I can only hand over the keys between 6pm and 8pm. No Wi-Fi in the accommodation but a free Wi-Fi area is 200 m away on the sea wall. Thank you for your understanding.

For last-minute bookings, we may not be able to accommodate you as early as 3pm.
