Great place rooms are nice and big, excellent location, truly authentic Italian style. Pescara is our favourite place to visit, highly recommended this Apartment. Very helpful host and all the facilities you need.

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

frencesco is a nice host. She responds to questions right away. A warm and sincere welcome . The house is just as it appears in the photos. The kitchen has everything to cook. It has a beautiful bathroom and a large balcony. The location of the house is very good ,on the beach and 3 km from the city center. But we never needed the center. There is a supermarket 1 km from the house. There are ice cream shops, pizzerias and nice places to have coffee around within 5 min walking distance. We were amazed by the magnificent nature of Italy. We wish to come again

To say that we had a good time would be too simplistic, we were perfectly and divinely well. A more than functional and comfortable accommodation, with attention to detail, in an enchanted place surrounded by olive trees that embraces the beautiful Trabocchi coast from above, welcomed by a splendid, hospitable, empathetic, communicative but never intrusive person: FLORIANA…the BEST of the BEST!!!!!!

Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

The accommodation was perfect for 2 couples. It was clean and comfortable with a small courtyard garden. It was easy to find and access with the information sent to us by Edoardo and his mother Francesca. They were both resposive and friendly to any questions we had. The centre of L'Aquila is walkable within a few minutes from the apartment. You can find a Carrefour mini market within 10 to 15 mins for all your basic essentials, or take a car trip to Oasi outside of the city for a bigger shop. Also plenty of places to stop and eat in the city. There is lots to do and see in the area. We visited the Grand Sasso which was truly spectacular and stopped for Arrosticini at Ristoro Mucciante where you can sit and marvel the views. Rocca Calascio was well worth the climb for the views and peaceful surrundings. Lastly we visited the Stiffe Caves with amazing waterfalls. I'm sure there was so much more to see, but we only had 3 days. Thank you for our stay.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

Lovely 2 days with Adriano. He's such a lovely man. Lovely evenings on the shady terrace which was very needed as the temp was in the middle 30s. car parking spot also. He has thought of everything to make your stay a happy one. Thank you.

We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!

We spent a week on vacation in June in Grottammare. We had a really good time. There was nothing missing in the house and we had the pleasure of being followed and advised by an exquisite person who was born to work with customers. It was the first vacation in this location and we will definitely return to learn more about these places rich in history, sea and delicious culinary specialties. Long live the Marche region!

We had a wonderful stay, Manuela was very kind, super helpful, very attentive and welcoming, the house has everything you need, the beach is a short walk away, both private and free. Super recommended, we hope to return soon!!!!
