Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast and cleaning is included! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

Unique home under a water ceiling, pool, and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a regular comment we received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with clear marine feel in New England style. The layout is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has a certain privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamnship, there's a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull off. The beds have reading lamps and power outlets for charging. EV charging box. Sauna and pool.

Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Here in the heart of Österlen we have found our paradise on earth; with wonderful pool, view and place to hang out. With the best location on Österlen you could easily discover everything around and find your golden grains. The house is a classic nineteenth-century cave, but with plenty of charm. The house includes about 180 sqm plus basement and garage so there is plenty of space for socializing both inside and out. It is about 2 km down to beautiful Gislövs hammer where there is a sandy beach.

In the car we were listening to a Simon & Garfunkel remix of a Sound of Silence and this song perfectly reflects the feeling you get at Martins house. It’s very private and quiet, beside of the occasional pheasant, tractor or your own children on the trampoline ;-). The house is close to many beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. We felt really at home a Martins summer home.

Very nice house for the big family, or two families, with lovely location close to Skillinge in Österlen. We liked the large living areas and good bedrooms with comfortable beds. The sofa bed also worked great as an extra bed. Also, the kitchen was well-equipped. Overall, accommodations exceeded our expectation.

The entrance is framed by blooming rose bushes and natural landscaping, leading to double glass doors. Inside, soft light filters through sheer white curtains, inviting guests to explore the rustic warmth of the brick structure.

We had a super cozy week with nice Titti and Hasse, who were on hand and helped quickly when an extra towel was needed etc. There is plenty of space to hang out and a large kitchen with everything you might need. We were six people and so appreciated the dishwasher and all the different seating areas. The large dining table inside was only used a few times because the weather was nice and we sat outside in the sun both for breakfast and in the evening. Really comfortable beds and nice sheets and towels. One of the bedrooms is walk-through room to the other two, but you can pull for a drape so it didn't bother us at all. We brought our little dog who could run freely in our part of the garden, facing fields and at a safe distance from the busy road. We'd love to come back.

The accommodation and Esmeralda were great. We were a little surprised/disappointed that all service closed so early. Most places closed at 6 pm, even at well-visited excursion destinations such as Kåseberga, Ale Stenar. Maybe because we were there in May, but it was still a long weekend (Ascension Day) and a lot of tourists. But highly recommend the accommodation! Easy to find and convenient with parking just outside.

A brick outbuilding features a white door with a diamond-shaped window and a small black-framed window. The surrounding area includes a paved pathway, potted flowers, and a lounge chair. Greenery climbs along the structure, adding to the rustic character of the space.

Nice and familiar accommodation. Very large spaces. Nice surroundings. If you are 8-9 people for whom the accommodation is suitable, one must keep in mind that the fridge is not suitable for so many. The kitchen was abundantly equipped. Maybe a big cleaning of the house before spring/summer had been nice as there were a lot of cobwebs, but it worked well anyway :) Convenient with check-in via lockbox and always quick responses from the host.

It's a wonderful house in Swedish light blue, built by one of its owners himself, literally a 200 footsteps away from the rocky beach, with only one street in between. You can hear the sea while you are in bed with the windows open. What a lovely way to wake up in the morning! The house, surrounded by a spacious garden with a terrace, contains everything you want from a holiday home: a spacious living room with an open kitchen (with enough pots and pans, cups and saucers, cutlery and plates), a big bathroom with a good shower and 2 bedrooms plus extra beds on the landing. But what will captivate you most is the bright sparkling atmosphere and the peace and rest you are looking for during a holiday. An absolute smashing place!
