In apropiere exista sali de sport , cafenele , sali de cultura , supermarket-uri, Biserica Martirilor , Spitalul Judetean. Apartamentul se afla la o distanta de 12 minute de centru , 9 minute de Shopping City Timisoara , 15 minute de Iulius Mall Timisoara si la aproximativ 30 de minute de Aeroportul International.

Închiriez in regim hotelier apartament nou, cu 2 camere. Este complet mobilat și utilat, destul de spatios. Dormitor cu pat matrimonial + living cu canapea -openspace cu bucătăria și balcon mare. Expresor automat de cafea, mașină de spălat rufe, masa+fier de calcat, microunde,etc.Pretul per noapte. Zona Giroc (zona mai in spate la hotel IQ), cartier nou, liniștit, cu parcare închisă, privată.Apartamentul se afla la etajul 1. Nu se accepta petreceri de nici un fel! Mai multe detalii la telefon.

The apartment looks good, it is clean and modern. The location is a 15-20-minute walk to the center. In the yard there is also parking spot. Loredana was available to answer any query. We highly recommend!

Our stay at Damians place was one of the best we ever had so far . We are planning to return with some friends, as there are two appartments available. Also, you might want to check the other accomodations on the Danube shores he owns. Communication was very good. The garden was just perfect (May-June) and we have enjoyed it very much. The accomodation was very peaceful and very clean. Personally we had just a small thing we didn't really like: the host forgot to put a bath mat in front of the shower and entered our room to do that as we were gone. Nothing happend, they are definitely thrustworthy, but we didn't really like that. There is no dishwasher, so if you are planning staying longer that might be an inconvenience. Also, if you want a new sponge for the dishes, you might need to ask for a new one. It won't be changed after each guest. The windows and everything was cleaned before a new guest checked-in. Cleanliness is the most important aspect for us. We definitely recommend.
