Excellent facilities and very good communication with the manager, who helped us with everything. A great place if you want to rest and get out of your routine, in direct contact with nature. The only bad thing is that the road to get in is damaged.

Catalina was a very attentive host. Although we had some problems due to situations outside the accommodation, she and her team were always available to help us with the best disposition and speed. We recommend this place because of the tranquility it offers. The house has a privileged location within the condominium, close to several services and spaces that make the stay even more comfortable.

The property is beautiful, bring a lot of repellent, the mosquitoes are invisible but they bite!!! The family in charge of the property is lovely, kind and very helpful, we had a great family weekend!!! Recommendation: go to see the 3 waterfalls with Mr. Israel, the foreman of the property, he is a very respectful man, he knows the region perfectly and offers the service of a guide for that wonderful adventure in the middle of wild nature! Excellent place, just as shown in the photos, Erika is very diligent and kind. Fabio, the manager, was also attentive and helped us with what we requested. A quiet place away from the noise to rest with the family. Good internet service for remote work. Kitchenware, bathrooms, well-equipped play area (chalk for the pool table is missing), comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, absolute privacy. It's important to do prior marketing because the business is removed. Just one comment about the stove: it needs maintenance since a burner occasionally had small explosions while it was on and it could be dangerous. Nothing happened to us, but it did give us a good scare. Apart from that, a very good experience, recommended!

We really liked it, we were approx 20 people, and we felt very comfortable, we had two people helping us during our stay always very friendly and with good disposition. We would definitely come back, there is also option to play basketball, volleyball and soccer, great for the kids. Approximately 10 minutes by car to Melgar.

He doesn't attack the other pets you bring. The barbecue seemed excellent to me. We made a chicken sancocho. We felt like we were in the countryside.

Norha and Laura's house is wonderful. The house is large and comfortable, and it is very nicely decorated. Contact with Laura and Norha was constant. In particular, Norha's proactivity was very useful to keep us informed of any news, even about the state of the road, and to offer us her availability in case we wanted to make any additional reservations. The place is very nice, everything was very clean and organized; 100% recommended to hire Mrs. Fanny's service, delicious cuisine and she is very friendly!; the facilities are very nice and comfortable. The only thing to improve is that it is not specific that the jacuzzi was out of service, otherwise everything in perfect condition.
