Very good stay, the accommodation was clean, very well equipped and matches the photos. There are plenty of little instructions which makes using the different equipment really easy! Plus parking is super easy! In short, a lovely stay in Gijon and the surrounding area.

If it is your first time in Gijon and you are looking for a pleasant stay and impeccable attention. This is your apartment with parking included and good connection by public transport. Flexibility at check-in time and both at check-out time are a plus that is appreciated a lot. The apartment is quite modern and Isolina's service is second to none. Recommended 100%!

The apartment is perfect, I really loved our stay there. Very clean, bright and modern. The host Ruben was great, very friendly and helpful! Some highlights worth mentioning: - lots of different light sources: lamps, bulbs with warm light, LED lights behind the TV, even electric fireplace; it makes the place so cozy - stunning view; all windows overlook the city and mountains, not walls of the nearby house - our stay was quite long, about 3 weeks, and there were lots of spare towels and the change of bed linen, it was a very nice touch - all appliances were modern and new - perfect location

We spent 5 wonderful days in Gijón, the apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Parking in the whole area is blue, it was a bit difficult to park, but with our plan to leave early to visit other towns, we didn't pay for the blue zone during the night. You feel right at home when you arrive tired from the whole day because of the apartment's comfort. If we go back to Gijón, it will be to this apartment. I recommend it.

This place is a real gem! The apartment is spacious, bright, and extremely tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is provided to make you feel at home. The panorama from the terrace is breathtaking – the view of the ocean is simply magical. We were greeted by a pleasant smell throughout the house, and everything was sparkling clean. Every little detail reveals that the comfort of the guests is really important. It was a wonderful experience, it was a pleasure to stay here!

This apartment was in a fantastic location and we really enjoyed exploring Gijon. Parking our car was really easy and cheap - there were plenty of spaces in the road parallel to the apartment (Avenida de Portugal) in Calle De Sanz Crespo. I just downloaded the ElParking App and it was so easy to setup and extend whenever. The apartment is so comfortable and clean. The decor is excellent and stylish - I wished it was my own place. Everything you need in the kitchen was there. Gijon is a great place to spend a few days. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Chus was very helpful and responsive. Recommend this place for a stay in Oviedo. Easy walking to the old part of town and parks.

Excellent, as always. And Consuelo is a great person, and always available. It's our second year, and I hope to keep repeating in the future. For us to go to the house of Consuelo is to be in an oasis, for the location and for the tranquility of the area. Apart from it being very special for us to meet their dogs, which are wonderful.

Had a great stay at Maria’s place! She’s friendly, responds quickly, and keeps in relaxed contact throughout. Lovely house with a pool, hot tub, and games – something for everyone. Great location close to the city. Highly recommended!

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. Lovely and peaceful country setting. The house is very well stocked and even with breakfast items. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the area. Very responsive and helpful communication.

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

A lovely place. The house, distributed on three levels, is great for a long stay. In the lower area, there is a garage, a fully-equipped social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen with everything you need (even fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one single double) and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and organized and with pleasant decor. The icing on the cake is a charming porch with a barbecue and lawn... On the upper floor, a double bedroom and an attic with two twin beds. The icing on the cake is a heated salt pool that provides a lot of fun You add to a host who goes out of his way to make things easier for you... and you have a dream place where a 4-day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for a longer time...

A unique place to stay, as it is a home rather than just rooms to sleep in. As a result the apartment is also fully equipped with anything that one might need during a longer stay, and the free parking was much appreciated, too. A shortl walk to the old town and many other interesting areas nearby.

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Luis is a very good host. The house is spacious, clean and located in a quiet area but very close to downtown, very comfortable to walk everywhere. Luis has facilitated us restaurants and bars where to have a drink in case I could help us, he was very kind in the delivery of the keys to the house and available when contacting.

Until today I hadn't been able to leave the assessment. We had a wonderful time, with a very nice garden and a pool that my children immediately enjoyed. The house is impeccable, comfortable, clean and with everything you need. Communication was excellent and ease of access as well. We really appreciate the welcome we received from Maria and Jose. Of course, totally recommended. If we have the opportunity to return to the area, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.
