Private suite vacation rentals in Gibsons

The Chocolate Suite is a nicely appointed room, clean comfortable and enough for a night or two for two people. There is no kitchen or table so meals are to be had out. Both a kettle and a mini fridge are provided. Joanne kindly treated us to a few truffles from her chocolate shop and they were truly delectable- the best I’m sure that I’ve ever tasted. The Chocolate Suite is located in an Artisan Square. There are boutique shops and an excellent cafe with delicious breakfasts and lunches outside the door. It is an easy walk to Snug cove for groceries, dinner or the ferry. Also walking distance to trails. On the possible downside I could hear the cars pass and the people outside, but did not find this bothersome as the area is quiet when the shops close. I would recommend it especially as a getaway weekend. I hope to return soon.

Great vibe , cozy, clean. Small details that are nice to have around like hand towels and stuff. Tranquil neighborhood, close to a nice little beach for watching mountains. Cynthia was a good communicator. Thank you again.

Stephen and Ivan’s place was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay while just being a quick drive away from local restaurants and shops if you wanted to go out. The hot tub was a nice way to end our day after walking through smugglers cove. Would stay here again!

We had 2 nights in this scenic unit. The view from the deck and lawn was beautiful, the lulling of the waves was spectacular. We enjoyed the comfy deck and utilized the BBQ. Easy stroll to coffee and restaurants.

We had a great stay at Susan’s place. The space was very clean with a great view. Susan was a fantastic host and very responsive. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay on the Sunshine Coast.

Really nice area, my wife and I used it as a honeymoon spot. Even with other houses fairly close around, it still feels like you quite alone! The place is clearly designed to be a couples getaway spot, with the two shower heads, two person soaker tub and so on. There are some pretty decent restaurants about a 15 minute dive too. Bree was on top of things too, sent a message less than an hour after we arrived welcoming us and letting us know if we needed anything to message her. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay!

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! The size was perfect for our stay (4 adults for 3 nights), super nice and clean with a cute yard space and the hot tub was perfection. Walkable or a quick drive to Roberts Creek cafe, restaurant and cute shops. Absolutely loved the short walk to the beach/ocean! The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive. 10/10 would stay again!

Joan's place is a perfect retreat in Bowen Island! The unit was cozy, with a comfortable bed and couch that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Just a short walk to a stunning beach, and we woke up each morning to peaceful views of the garden and ocean. Truly a hidden gem!

We had a great one night at Touraj's. We had a wonderful dinner at The Beach House and then we had to return home. We love to return and explore the area more!

Tong was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome. Her place was decorated with her own amazing paintings and her garden was amazing. The outdoor patio was private and had a great view of the water. Her place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything was just as described. We will definitely return again!

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. The place was spacious, quiet, spotless, the views were incredible and communication with Behrang was great.

Jasmine was a great host- attentive to details, welcoming us with fruit. The apartment is lovely with a beautiful garden. Jasmine was very generous and she allowed us to use her bikes. It was a perfect stay for our needs. A big thanks Jasmine.

Such a well thought out airbnb! We appreciated all the amenities, the nice decor, comfortable bed and very well equipped kitchen with all the spices, condiments, coffee etc you'd need. Loved the patio and beautiful view. Was great to have a bbq too. 100% recommend.

It was an absolute delight to stay at Rachel’s place. We loved watching ocean from the balcony; the little trails in the forest and Gabriola’s beauty. Rachel was a wonderful host and we would happily stay again!

We felt completely comfortable during our stay and would definitely come back. The apartment is well-equipped and has everything you need for a few days in Vancouver. Mary and her husband gave us a very warm welcome and were always friendly and helpful — they even supported us when we had trouble with our car. The location is great: it's easy to park, and getting into the city is no problem at all either by bus or a fairly affordable Uber, so there's no need to worry about finding parking downtown. All in all, a great place to stay!

To be honest it didn't feel like a BnB, it was closer to a retreat in having a private suite in a resort. This suite has a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy huge beautiful trees, quiet area where the sounds of traffic is to an absolute minimum. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful. The suite has a Barrel Sauna!!!! It gets HOT!!! My wife and I loved getting a few sweat sessions in before bed and in the morning. feeling so rejuvenated! What a wonderful cozy choice! Super close to gorgeous trails of the Lagoon by the ocean!!!! Definitely a recommendation for this area of the island and Sylvie is super responsive and friendly!!!

Lovely little suite with a comfy bed, spacious bathroom, mini-fridge and microwave. Quiet space. Lots of nice little touches by the host made us feel very welcome, and we would definitely stay again. Good value for the location in Vancouver.

A truly beautiful spot with incredible views and great amenities.

We had such a great stay — the place was clean, comfy, and super welcoming. Really appreciated the extra effort from the hosts, like showing us how the hot tub worked (which we had private access to), giving us tips on the tide times, and sharing some awesome local recommendations. We also had use of the kayaks and a canoe, which was such a bonus — they had life jackets ready to go too. After the hot tub, there were robes available, which was a nice touch. The views were stunning, and the whole property was so peaceful. The area was beautiful and quiet, with lots of wildlife — we even saw a deer! All in all, a really lovely and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend it!

What a hidden gem and a lovely little getaway! Great unit, great location and unreal views! We had a great stay and already chatting about how we can visit again soon! The hosts were so helpful and so kind and really appreciated it!
