The large secure yard is perfect for the kids to run and play and for the fur babies too. There is plenty of parking for boats, trailers, cars, caravans, and trucks.

It overlooks paddocks with sheep, cows emu's and chooks roaming freely. All of our animals are friendly and most have been hand raised. Lacabane Retreat (Apartment) is close to the town and beaches. We are on 5 acres and very private. You’ll love Lacabane Retreat because it is very quiet and tranquil. You have access to a tennis court, cricket net or just read a book by the lake. There is also a library, dvd's and a table tennis table for you to use. Lacabane Retreat is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with young kids), and furry friends (pets).

The Cosy Corner

The little Studio ( Granny Flat ) is located at the back of our property right in town within walking distance to city center and to the Foreshore. The small Studio has a queen size bed, kitchenette for basic cooking and its own en suite. It has a separate entrance from main house, but shares the backyard. We are still in the construction phase of the shed / backyard veranda , so please excuse the little mess in the backyard atm.

This place is ideal for a getaway in Esperance! We were literally a stone’s throw away from town, and even more amazingly - the Great Ocean Drive! There are options for a lovely walk as well, such as to the Rotary lookout and West beach. Facilities wise, everything was adequate as well; comfortable bed, hot shower, and a kitchen that had all you need!

This is the nicest air bnb we have ever stayed in. I was worried the view wouldn’t live up to the photos but it was even better in person. Our children (17 months and 4 years) absolutely loved it. The house felt very tot safe as there were no stairs within the home, no open bodies of water and safety gates externally so they couldn’t wander off. The living area was so spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. All the beds were super comfortable. If I ever get to come back to Esperance I will want to stay here again
